Kept me fully updated so I knew what was going on, which I think is so important. I never had to chase them up on anything or ask any questions as everything was dealt with promptly and explained. I turned to Lomond Property for a rental when my house purchase fell through at short notice. We weren't the easiest customers, having two dogs. I dealt with Joyce who was super helpful and negotiated a let with a landlord that originally did not allow pets.
A viewing was arranged, but on the day, my purchase was unexpectedly resurrected and I phoned to cancel the viewing. Despite having put in a lot of effort to find me a house to rent, Joyce was very nice about our cancellation.
I am grateful to Joyce and Lomond Property for the professional and caring way they dealt with me. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Lomond Property.

I was a first time seller so I shopped around a lot for an agent, and I would highly recommend Lomond. They offer reasonable fixed fees, and Joe and Claire kept me updated throughout the process. The team across Prestwick and Irvine have been amazing during my flat sale. The team were always on hand to support me and went out of their way to make the sale easier. I had to call in a few favours to make things happen at the last minute and the team were super helpful.
