I recently rented out my property via Frank Innes, Ashby and the service I received from them, in particular Niamh and Izzy. They were efficient and proactive from start through to completion, including quickly marketing the property and finding suitable, adequately referenced tenants, valuing the rental income, completing inventory’s and organising all necessary statutory requirements. Both were friendly and easy to deal with and as a result of their efficiency, there were no mix ups, misunderstandings or complications. I would wholeheartedly recommend Frank Innes Ashby and wouldn’t hesistate to use them in the future.

We recently sold our late father's property through Frank Innes Ashby branch and from start to finish we found them very professional and efficient with great communication from Hannah throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. We also used their home conveyancing service who were also very efficient and the whole process took less than 2 months. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
