Viewings were grouped together and were all conducted by Sean who had done valuation, so knew the house well. House sold in less than 2 weeks. I woukd highly recommend Cope & Co.

14th Aug 2024 (16 weeks ago)Felt some disappointment of asking to ask for feedback eventually got this after asking twice Felt dissatisfied with one of the photos taken of my laundry on the washing line it was removed when I asked Prehaps photos should be shown first before put on line to the seller to see Also I never did receive my contract for the selling

15th Nov 2024 (18 days ago)Abode we're very prompt with coming out to value our property, once we'd chosen them, very good photographs were taken and the description was very good. All were sent to us for approval prior to them posting. We always had a phone call about booking viewings with a confirmation email and text. Abode showed people round whilst we went out, but they were more than accommodating with however we wanted to show our home. There was always personal feedback after the viewing. You could call the agents and speak to anyone about the sale if your own agent was busy. We had plenty of viewings, unfortunately the people booking the viewings were waiting to sell their property so weren't in a position to proceed. We had a viable offer within the contract time.
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

We had high hopes at the start, staff were polite and answered all questions which was promising. As we went through the process, Karen was rude and her conduct was below that we were expecting given the positive start. Amongst a number of concerns, this was my most serious. Karen forwarded me an email from our seller sent to her about a recent damp report we had paid for. Unfortunately for Karen, she forward the full email chain between herself and our seller where she was congratulating the seller on obtaining information from the damp report behind our back by going directly to the company. Prior to this, I asked Karen if she would be passing on the details of our damp proof specialist and she vehemently said she would not. Due to a lack of knowledge on how to forward emails without the full email chain, we exposed the full extent of this breach. We had actually given the company permission to pass this information on to our seller, however Karen was under the impression we were none the wiser and did nothing to notify us of this. I collected the keys from Karen and she could not have got me out of the office quick enough, given her abruptness and at times rudeness on the phone I was expecting her to be willing to discuss this further. I appreciate mistakes are made, however this was dishonesty and a stupid mistake from somebody which exposed it.

18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The process was made easy during a difficult time by Paul and all of his team. When I look back at the 2 1/2 years that we worked with these people I cannot think of a single thing to raise as a negative …… the team at George Edwards are helpful, professional , thorough , honest and excellent value for money. If you are reading this pondering the question of who to engage for your property needs it’s simple. … these guys are the best!!! Thank you Paul and your team

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.
