Imagine how horrified we are today to find that our daughter and granddaughter are homeless after John German informed us 15 hours before the arranged moving time that the property my daughter was due to rent was being taken off the rental market by the landlord and being placed on the sales market instead. This after being assured that all was well and her arranging completion dates around their advice to move out of her sold property. They have shown no sensitivity or concern. Avoid them at all costs if you value your well being and expect to receive good customer service.
We just purchased a house through Newton Fallowell and were very happy with the service offered. From the initial contact through negotiations and the finally the purchase everything was great. We did not use Newton Fallowell to sell our house but we most probably will in the future if required.

Food was ok, but found the overall experience disappointing. I found a few of the staff a bit insulting to myself and guests. Given the very poor Food Hygiene rating recently published I would suggest to anyone to rethink? They just dont seem to care.
