Have found their Mortgage advisor most helpful and very fast and efficient with all matters and queries down the line up to completion. I really wouldn't hesitate to use their in house Countrywide mortgage advisor again. Many thanks .
Called into the branch to discuss a matter on one of their properties they have for sale, the lady I spoke to totally misreported our conversation to other parties when there was no need to do so, dishonesty is not a quality I value although Frank Innes appears to do so.

I recently visited The Monkey Tree for my birthday celebrations, I was really looking forward to this as I had booked Gin Afternoon Tea for 11 people. When I booked this afternoon tea, I paid a deposit for 11 people (£55), when booking this I said I was unsure as to whether it would be for 9 or 11 people, however I was told if I paid a deposit for 11 people and not all were able to come, I could carry partial payment over to take it off the bill, rather than loosing my deposit. Unfortunately this turned out to be untrue! We arrived at the Monkey Tree for our afternoon tea, we were sat at our table and the on shift manager came over, I said to her that unfortunately 2 members of our party couldn't come last minute, like I had said when I booked that that might have been the case, I told her what I was told in terms of the deposit, to which she abruptly responded saying no this is not the case, that is wrong, you will have to pay the full £15 per person regardless, I was not happy that I was having to then fork out £30 when I was told that I would not have too. There was no apology or kind words in response to this, which I found very rude. In terms of afternoon tea, it was ok, only ok, nothing special. The service was poor, we was left to our own devices completely, not checked up on or asked if everything was okay which I found particularly rude as we was a big group, who had booked and was obviously spending a lot of money. Overall the staff were abrupt, and rude and the whole atmosphere felt awkward, we had to wave for attention to ask for drinks and for the bill. A smile goes a long way! Furthermore, we found a hair moulded into one of the cake pops on the dessert board, we complained about this but the member of staff did not seem interested. I felt really annoyed by this whole afternoon as it felt as though the staff were not bothered whether we had a good time or a bad time, as they were getting our money regardless. We had just finished our afternoon tea, and ordered another round of drinks, the member of staff then came over to the table and said we had 30 mins to leave as they needed the table, it felt as though we was being rushed out! When we recieved the bill we noticed a charge for £9, we was confused what this was for- so we asked, she responded saying the £9 was for the dashes of lemonade in our gin, so each gin was being charged £1 more for a small dash of lemonade, there was nothing to say anywhere that this would be the case, to me that just seemed a little bit extreme charging £1 per dash. I can definitely say we wont be returning.
