I would absolutely recommend the team at Bembridge, from the very first phone call I made enquiring about the house to completion they were outstanding. Not being on the island we had to be flexible with the initial viewing and down the line deal with issues that arose on survey results. Through all of this the team were on it, liaising between myself and the sellers ,always keeping me informed, always updated. They actually made what can be a stressful experience as smooth and easy as possible. ( not sure if I should mention any names in particular but Emily, you were fabulous and I’m very grateful)

House on the market early January. Just two potential purchasers despite assurances of many more. Signed a three month agreement. No replies to our emails and request for meetings. Once this agreement ended took the house off their books and now using Clare Maton Homes in Bembridge. She is proactive and responsive and has sourced two prospective buyers in the past month. A much better experience fo us.
