Nothing ever seemed too trivial to phone them about and their patience when dealing with us was exemplary. I have been renting with HRD for 17 years and I can honestly say the customer service has been great throughout and I am very grateful for everything Kayleigh, Jamie and Kat have done for us. I do however want to specially mention the AMAZING Heather at property management who works through the Newport office. If ever there are any problems she truly is a welcoming voice over the phone and I know that my problem will be rectified effectively and efficiently because Heather is dealing with it.
