We recently bought a property in Freshwater and Hose ,Rhodes, Dickson were fantastic. Peter and James were helpful and informative throughout the whole process.They both went above and beyond to explain what was happening and kept us informed almost daily We can't thank them enough and would absolutely reccomend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

Hose Rhodes Dickson, Freshwater, endeavoured to work hard on our behalf to attract suitable purchasers. Their feed back from viewings were accurate and truthful. My only concern is there is a very small number of staff who offer need to leave the office unattended. That said HRD were able to sell by property, subject to contract, within a very short timescale. Both Peter and Jane always treated us with courtesy and honesty.

From the viewing to the negotiations and then on to the completion of our new home, Jane, Peter and the staff at HRD Freshwater have been amazing. Always on top of the situation, friendly and knowledgeable in keeping us fully updated during a rather drawn-out process due to the chain. We bought a home through HRD in Freshwater. We dealt, primarily, with Jane who we found to be thoroughly personable, professional and a ‘doer’. The overall process did seem to take far longer than it should have done and some of the obstacles were overcome by Jane going above and beyond to help make the experience less stressful. Overall, the service we encountered was better than we had experienced in the past with other agents and we cannot fault the friendliness and empathy offered by Jane and her colleagues.
