Hose Rhodes Dickson, Freshwater, endeavoured to work hard on our behalf to attract suitable purchasers. Their feed back from viewings were accurate and truthful. My only concern is there is a very small number of staff who offer need to leave the office unattended. That said HRD were able to sell by property, subject to contract, within a very short timescale. Both Peter and Jane always treated us with courtesy and honesty.

We bought a home through HRD in Freshwater. We dealt, primarily, with Jane who we found to be thoroughly personable, professional and a ‘doer’. The overall process did seem to take far longer than it should have done and some of the obstacles were overcome by Jane going above and beyond to help make the experience less stressful. Overall, the service we encountered was better than we had experienced in the past with other agents and we cannot fault the friendliness and empathy offered by Jane and her colleagues.
