Me and my partner have been looking for a mortgage for around a month now & after being messed around by several mortgage providers we had a property viewing with Maisie and she was absolutely fantastic in taking the time to understand all of our concerns. Maisie put us in touch with Richard the mortgage advisor and within a couple of phone calls we had a mortgage in principle and ready to purchase our first house! Me and my partner are absolutely blown away by how friendly and how amazing all of the staff are at hose rodes Dickson! Nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile unlike other estate agents on the island! With this in mind we are now only looking to purchase our first home through this amazing team! A massive thank you & a massive credit to all of your staff especially Maisie, Richard & Katie!!

Kaitlyn Young of the HDR agency demonstrated a high level of diligence and efficiency in resolving a contractual matter, whereas in the past other case officers had not always been very responsive

Chris and Heather at the shanklin branch (I think) have been so incredibly supportive and helpful! As a first time buyer EVERYTHING was scary and the whole process was just a massive ball of confusion for me! But these two amazing staff members really did go above and beyond to help me understand it all and explain the process! Getting in contact with them was so easy and I never felt like a burden (despite asking 20 thousand questions) and they made it all feel so much easier then I thought it would be! They say buying your own place is one of the most stressful situations but because of these two amazing people dare I say I felt little to no stress!

Amid what was, at times, a tortuous process of buying our new house in Lake, Emily Rugg from Hose Rhodes Dickson was an absolute godsend. Permanently cheerful, efficient and dedicated, she worked tirelessly to push the process forward and handle a painfully slow seller and agent at the top of the chain. I am certain that, had it not been for her efforts, everything could have dragged on indefinitely. I would not have a moment's hesitation in recommending her services.

I went into HRD in Shanklin for the first time to rent a property with no real idea of the process as I’ve never rented before.
I was shown over to Lorna who was the lettings consultant and she went through the initial process and took a lot of details from me. She was very friendly, polite and explained it all in detail so I was able to understand how to go forward.
All my questions were answered and I found this a very positive experience.

I can't be generous enough with my feedback for HRD.
From initial viewing of properties to offering, purchasing and exchange of contracts they were an absolute dream team.
Georgia Price and Jenny Abrook were brilliant. Kept us updated throughout the process and chased all parties when called upon.
