Process of renting was great and they were extremely responsive.
However, when it comes to paying back your deposit, there is a lack of communication and they are slow to pay you back even when the landlord has released the deposit.
Overall shows a lack of professionalism when it comes to closing a job.

Started off well, quelle surprise.
That's money time.
From day 2 onwards....

Property was sold at a negotiated price thanks to HRD, which was acceptable to us. All at HRD were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I am no longer on the IOW, but would use again if required.

My Father has just sold his property on the Isle of Wight and moved back to the mainland. Bethany was extremely professional, helpful and supportive to my Father throughout the sale process. Being elderly and having no other family on the island the support with documentation was critical to the sale completing. Initially the photographs were disappointing and didn’t show are property at its best however they did quickly rectify this after a phone call. Best value fees locally.
