We decided to sell our house with HRD in East Cowes and it was the best thing we ever did! From our initial talks with Jennie and having her come round to value our house we knew she was the one to sell our house. Jennie has extensive knowledge of East Cowes and her valuations are accurate and honest. We liked Jennie's honesty as we have been with other estate agents before now and none of them compare to the service we have received mainly from Jennie. We found the process of our house being online and viewable very good and was a easy quick process. Jennie always communicates with us and is very responsive, you never have to chase Jennie!! We had viewings straight away and Jennie sold our house in 2 months!!! We will use HRD East Cowes again if needed in the future and working with Jennie has been great. Absolutely horrific. Awful Professionalism. Incapable of getting information across. Can’t seem to fulfil the basics of their roles. Do not share relevant information. Unbelievably Lazy members of staff. Being of a slightly younger age in the world of adulthood, it took an older individual 10 minutes to get information out of these people, in which we had waited 3 weeks for. Despicable.
