I had the most pleasant experience with Martin & Co Battersea Reach, especially with the support of Cameron, who helped us find the perfect flat to let. Without Cameron’s continuous support and communication, we wouldn’t have found the flat that met all of our criteria and high expectations. I’ve had very negative experiences in the past with other estate agents, however couldn’t be more impressed with the high calibre of this estate agent. It was evident throughout the entire process that Cameron and his colleagues cared about us and offering help whenever it was required. We are very happy in our new flat and are super grateful to Cameron and all the Battersea Reach colleagues who made our process so seamless and enjoyable.

Big thank you to Bradley, Rodica and Richard who have been super-helpful and professional throughout. Bradley and the team found me a place with 5 days notice while I was 170miles away when my arranged flat fell through due to flooding, which was incredible. Rodica's advice and assistance has been invaluable and I could go to her in the knowledge that my query would be looked at and dealt with promptly. The team have been quick to answer any enquiries and resolve any issues and my whole experience has been really positive. I highly recommend Martin & Co. 1) the agency did not agree to issue a reference when moving out, rather asked for some conditions - despite all rents being paid on time for many year.

I am over the moon to have found Lucy!! Having visited a couple of "big name" dress designers I was still unsure about what sort of dress I wanted until I discovered Lucy on instagram. Travelling all the way from Yorkshire was more than worth it - her designs are really beautiful and elegant. She uses lovely materials and passionately believes in sourcing as much as possible from Britain. She made the whole process incredibly relaxing and easy and I knew within about 20 minutes that I'd found my dress. Also, her sample sizes actually fit (I'm a 12), she clipped me in and I got a proper feel for how the dress would look. Much better experience than sometimes squeezing into dresses that are too small. I then didn't want to take it off!! Thank you so much Lucy for having my dream dress, cannot wait to wear it.

Having seen her beautiful dresses online in advance, I already had a good idea of which one I liked and this was confirmed when I was in the shop and tried it on in person. The dresses are understated and really beautifully made, down to the very last detail (I love the buttons and the lace!). Lucy made the whole process feel wonderfully easy and not at all intimidating. Would recommend very highly to others.

Me and my partner had been searching for a new rental property for a number of months and had almost given up hope after a number of awful experiences with local estate agents. After finding a property in Battersea Reach, Jem was incredibly helpful in arranging viewings quickly; not easy in the COVID pandemic. After taking us round the properties Jem was forthcoming in showing us the wider development and his expert local knowledge helped us in our decision to submit an offer. The offer process was easy and hassle free, Jem again was open and honest throughout. The verification process again was efficient and easy, using an online tool called Goodlord, with Jem once again proactively keeping us in the loop at every stage. As we approach our move in date, I couldn't recommend Martin & Co more and thank Jem for making such a stressful process so easy and enjoyable. Jem has been available 24/7 to answer any of our questions (of which there were many) with no ask being too great. He is an absolute star!

Working with Martin & Co Battersea Reach has been an easy and professional process from start to finish. Having identified a flat that we were interested on a Monday morning, our estate agent, Jem Bayley, made the process as quick and easy as possible and we had offered and signed for the flat that same day. Jem was extremely helpful in answering any question we had in detail as well as honestly.
We had to sign for this flat having never viewed it in person, which usually would be a stressful and difficult process. However, Jem took the time to video the walk right around the development, inside the building itself as well as walking us through the flat.
Having now seen the flat in person, we are extremely impressed the Battersea Reach and everything was exactly as we expected having spoken with Jem in detail over the past week.
We have not always had the most successful or painless experiences with estate agents, so this whole process has been a refreshing breath of fresh air!
We would 100% recommend this development and agency to anyone looking to move to a modern, secure and impressive development in South West London.

We've been renting from Martin & Co. for about 1.5 years and have really found them to be great. In particular our point of contact (Rodica Sovar) has been a massive help to us in terms of unintrusive inspections and quick fixes when required. One one occasion we had a severe issues with our bathroom needing to be completely retiled and the person who came to do it was poor. Rodica really had our back and although it took a long time to resolve entirely she kept us fully in the loop at all times. I couldn't have resolved it any faster myself. It was real peace of mind having her there to work with us. I'd recommend the company and especially Rodica to anyone.

This review is based on specifically the end of contract period.
The service was very slow.
The charges made where not reviewed properly and the price charges where ridiculous. Most of the charges have been agreed that didn't made sense in the end, but for all the discussion evolving that, I lost 2 more weeks where I didn't had my deposit. That is because they didn't review the initial deposit review before I moved in and charged me things which where broken from before.
Be careful, they do this in the idea the try they luck and if you don't check you pay :).
Also I was charged 25£ for 2 pillows which where "dusty and full of hair" (that is what the initial report said), which of course I threw them straight away when I moved in. After 3 years I paid 25£ for them, when if go to Amazon you get 4 for 12£ brand new. Basically based on the standard of the pillows and the amount of time I "used" them, the price should have been 2 £ maybe.
I had to wait for a person to come from holiday to deal with my issues. Any job I had when I left in holiday I had to delegate my tasks. I shouldn't wait to receive my deposit because an employee of Martin & Co went in holiday.
I do not recommend Martin & Co. When they ask payment is always now now, with deadlines, but when you request service from them......they are slow and don't care.

It seemed that hardly any of the agents actually took the time to understand what sort of property we wanted. Then we met Dominik and within a few simple weeks we had found the ideal property. He made the whole purchasing experience extremely easy and was exceedingly helpful. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and my girlfriend and I are grateful to him for his hard work and professional approach. Buying a property is usually a stressful process full of unknowns however Dominik removed all of our worries and ensured that the purchased happened exactly as planned. After several weeks of looking and getting nothing of interest from the usual suspects (Foxtons and Chestertons), in my search for a two bedroom flat in the Fulham/ Wandsworth area, I was lucky enough to come across the agency "Martin and Co" and in particular Dominik Graf.
I can honestly say that Dominik's professionalism was and is second to none. It's the first time I've come across an agent who isn't just trying to "shoe horn" you into the first available property they have. It felt like I was viewing properties with an old and extremely informative friend who had my best interests at heart.
Dominik actually made the whole process stress free and dare I say it "fun".
I'm looking forward to moving into my new flat and can't recommend this agency more and in particular Dominik Graf.

We have been renting a property through Martin & Co for four and a half years and over this period I have been in contact with quite a few property managers at their Chelsea and Battersea offices. Sadly, as a tenant, I didn’t always feel that I was getting the best possible service which often left me rather disappointed. However, I am happy to say that over the past 18-20 months there has been a significant improvement and I’ve found the interaction with Edith Ivanyi, who I think has recently left, and Rodica Sovar a much more pleasant experience.
Rodica has been in charge of managing this property since July and I have been extremely impressed with her professionalism and dedication.
Since the house we are renting was built approximately 20 years ago, and it seems that no refurbishment or improvements have taken place since, issues have started to occur with appliances, wiring, heating and hot water systems, etc.
Rodica has been absolutely brilliant at responding to urgent situations regarding electric faults, or most recently an emergency with the heating and gas boiler. I am aware that she was working over the weekend and one evening overtime in order to sort out these complex problems.
In my experience, Rodica’s professionalism, dedication and drive to provide quality service is simply unique in the industry where she is working. I keep my fingers crossed she is not going anywhere soon. The five stars are for Rodica.

Lucy's dresses are quite simply exquisite. They look elegant and are beautifully made. Thinking I was going to have difficulty finding 'the' dress, when I looked through Lucy's collection I would have been happy with wearing most of them on my wedding day! Lucy is an absolute pro (helpful in discussing additional things like how to accessorise) and super fun to work with.

The whole experience from start to finish was just wonderful. I felt so at ease with Lucy she was such fun to be around and totally professional. Would recommend to any bride's in search of their perfect dress.

I was recommeded to Lucy for my nieces upcoming wedding. The shop is very lovely, feels very special, intimate and private. Lucy herself couldn't do more for us, her designs are just so beautiful, she helped tailor my neices visuals to something quite stunning. A really successful day, full of love and laughter and most importantly wonderful memories .. thank you Lucy, I just kind of wish I was getting married again now !

Great experience with Martin & Co. team in Battersea Reach, London, in particular Chris Cooke. During our stay in Battersea Reach, Chris has been one of our main points of contact in Martin & Co. Our experience with him has been excellent: fast, polite, good listener, effective and helpful. In the past 6 years i have dealt with a few real estate agents in different countries, and none of them has been as good as him. thanks

I absolutely cannot recommend Chris at Battersea Reach Martin and Co. enough! We recently moved out of Battersea Reach and had been greatly frustrated dealing with property management who after almost a month of moving out and receiving the checkout report, were unable to get a response from the landlord on charges for dilapidation. So frustrating it was that I enlisted Chris's help. He managed to get through to the landlord and got the issue resolved for us within 48hours!! The landlord did charge a single penny either! Wow! Nice to see an agent who cares about exiting clients.
Thanks for all your help Chris and please continue to do a fantastic job!

I am very thankful to Chris for making my move to Battersea Reach a relaxed and smooth process. Chris went the extra mile to answer any questions and was there to help me move in.
Having previously tried to view the flat with another agent who failed to return my call, I got in touch with Martin & Co and Chris was there to meet me after work and show me around and sell me this development.
I would recommend Martin & Co and in particular this office where I found everyone extremely helpful. Thanks again to Chris for making my move easy - the housewarming gift was a nice touch.

I wouldn't normally take the time to write a review, but I made an exception in this case.
There is not a negative thing I can say about the Martin & Co. Battersea Reach office or of Chris Cooke with whom I dealt. In fact, I can honestly say that the process from day one to the day I moved into my apartment (and even after) was one that was both smooth and clear.
Chris helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and displayed what I can only refer to as honesty and integrity.
I would recommend Martin & Co. to anyone looking for property in Battersea Reach - and ask for Chris.

Martin and Co provided a great level of service during and after our property search.
In sourcing the ideal property for us, Chris Cooke worked hard to give us options, and provided helpful guidance to us in deciding which property to choose. On two occasions, he made himself available at extremely short notice to allow me to view properties in this fast moving market.
Once we moved into the apartment, there were a few snagging issues. Francesca Johnstone from Martin and Co visited in the afternoon, and by the next morning the appropriate tradesmen had visited our apartment (efficiently arranged by Francesca), and all of the issues were repaired and resolved. I found Chris to be very efficient and informative, I found Francesca to to be very professional and caring.
Both of these individuals were a pleasure to deal with, and are exactly the type of employees that make Martin and Co the leading estate agency in this area, characterised by high levels of care and professionalism, and managed with a warm human touch.

We cannot thank Chris & his team enough for helping us find our new apartment. The way in which they conduct their business & hold their clients in high regard is commendable & hard to find in such a genuine manner. What would usually be a stressful, and tedious experience, was made completely seamless, relaxed, yet highly efficient and pleasant. We've never felt like we weren't important or that finding somewhere perfect for us was just whatever came along next - Chris made sure we were actually happy & has continued to do so even since we've moved in.
