Really happy with the service provided from both Maria and Connor and Howard & Co.
We had been struggling to find a place and they went out of their way to help us, made sure to update us all the time and just being very helpful in general - could not be happier with the service provided.
They understood our situation and our needs and never failed to try to help! Would 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely amazing if your thinking of renting definitely choose these guys they are super professional and very diligent probably the best agents in Worthing. We found the perfect property and they looked after us all the way Luigi, Maria and Jake we knowledgeable and efficient in helping find the perfect property I would give 6 stars if I could ????????????

Very slow to deal with maintenance issues, it even took them 48 hours to reply to my message I left on their emergency number. And the leak in my roof wasn’t repaired for months, which meant I wasn’t able to go to the toilet without needing an umbrella.
The owner of the agency also once just let himself into my flat completely unannounced, during the Covid pandemic. Totally illegal and left me feeling quite unsafe.

Shoddy dysfunctional website. Google map functions unusable. Not that it matters if you don't fit their discriminatory lettings criteria, because they won't even bother replying to your enquiry/application.

I have been a tenant for 12 years. Have had no issues with the team.
My family have been well looked after, no problem too small. Sarah, Paul, Luigi and the Team are fantastic.

I have known and dealt with Paul and Sarah for many years. Their professional attitude is what I look for in any business transaction. It can sometimes be difficult to get hold of them immediately but both will usually follow up quickly enough. In a much maligned industry they are amongst the best.

Previously rented through Howard and co as a tenant in a Rowlands road property, really good experience as I was in a bad place in my life and couldn’t find anyone who would accept benefits or anything along those lines but Howard and co had a good look at their properties and landlords to find one that would accept my situation.
I wasn’t discriminated again and was treated fairly and professionally. I have and will continue to highly recommend Howard and co. Thank you very much for allowing me to get my life on track as I’m now studying my degree and living in Brighton.

Very rude staff who talk over you and laugh at you for asking for basic repairs for 9 months! I have been brought to tears renting from Howard and co , unbelievable amounts of stress and I have no sense of security or safety here, I would never recommend them to anyone.. I can’t wait to leave! If you rent from them, please ensure you know your rights. A lot of illegal ongoings here, concerned to say the least. I know letting agents are often the best of a bad bunch but I would recommend running the opposite direction from Howard and co. Easy let and Robert luff have been much better experiences for me.

Really good experience with Howard&Co, i'm renting my ''first'' flat in the uk so i was bit confused with the whole process but the team took their time to explain everything in details.
It's been a couple of months and my girlfriend and her dog have to move in with me and it could of been a bit of an issue as pets are not allowed where i'm staying, but Luigi dealt with it for us and resolved it within a couple of days.
Fees can be a bit expensive but overall really satisfied with their service and their professionalism.

Generally had a good experience renting via H&C in Worthing for a few years. My only issue was that sometimes response times were a little slow, but that can be understood if the agency is busy. Overall all my queries and concerns were always dealt with, any maintenance problems were attended to and I had a smooth check-in and check-out.

Reluctant staff and zero listening skills,don't even deserve 1 Star. I almost lost two and half weeks dealing with them, complete time waste. Always I need to chase for update. Finally will disconnect call by saying apologies 10 times, unprofessional staff.
I will never ever suggest howard & co to anyone, ever.
Conclusion - Be wise choosing letting agent, as in worthing many good agents are ready to listen your requirements and help you.

Never mentioned, I am disappointed due to owner disagreement. I regret entirely on the service provided by your staff at Howard & Co. Please check with your staff whether they have provided other property details (one irrelevant option) otherthan last day while communicating late response.
I challenge, as you said if you share evidence that your team provided other property details either in mail or telephone or any other media (other than last day response) I will take back my comments.
You should be shameful before responding to a customer mentioning a false statement. And I understood Howard & co works in NON CUSTOMER CENTRIC way.

Howard & Co did their upmost to help me find and secure a property, and then continued their efforts whilst I settled in the property and have always been promptly reactive to any concerns or issues I've had.
I would absolutely recommend this agents to anyone trying to find and secure property through the rental market.
