As an Estate Agent of 25 years myself its always scary handing over the keys to another agent but I couldn't have picked a better agent to look after my sale. Simply brilliant throughout, communication was amazing and they took control of every situation even when things get a bit tough. A great team headed up by Ian & Elaine who became more like part of the family rather than our selling agents.
Selling up was scary prospect as the house had been home for 30 years but they helped us through the whole process with regular updates and info; wheedled out the time wasters & concentrated on getting us moving in the right direction.
We're not planning on moving ever again but if we did I'd have no hesitation in connecting with them again.

I'd like to thank the team at Hubbard Torlot, who rose to the occasion, after taking on what appeared to be a fairly straightforward flat sale which then dragged on for 6 months. A special mention for Simon, who was consistently patient and professional throughout the sometimes tricky negotiations. Overall, I was very happy with the way the whole process was conducted (despite early communication issues) and would highly recommend Hubbard Torlot Estate agents.

Hubbard Torlot sold our house and we were very pleased with the outcome. Ian was patient and friendly making an otherwise stressful situation easier. Several agents I initially spoke to had suggested rather high prices and others, even before I instructed them, were suggesting I sell to developers at pretty low prices. Hubbard Torlot from the start gave, what I believe, was a realistic valuation and in the end we acheived just a little more. We only had a few viewing days with a string of what appeared to be serious buyers - several offers at the asking price and a couple over that. Once the sale was agreed Ian was available to help whenever there seemed to be a potential hicup.

House purchase via Hubbard Torlot. From start to finish our dealings with all members of the team was a joy. Quite frankly if it hadn't been for their continued professional support between ourselves, our solicitor and the vendors solicitor we would still be pulling our hair out in rented! What should have been a straightforward cash purchase of a vacant property turned into an elongated nightmare. I cannot recommend this superb agency higher. Thank you Ian, Elaine, Simon and Holly.
