Good experience and would recommend. A few shortcomings with the property though this is more down to the landlord not being available to deal with some bigger issues beyond Paul Meakin's control.
A huge thank you to Alison Bank and Aimee. The service they provided was 5/5 stars.

Thank you to Allison and Aimee for providing us with an exceptional service from start to finish.They went above and beyond to ensure that we found a lovely home suitable for our growing family. We were always so impressed with the standard of properties shown to us compared to what we were seeing on the market with other agents. They were very supportive throughout this journey given it wasn’t the easiest. Both ladies were super professional and always had such a warm and friendly approach. We never felt pressured into making any decisions and everything was done with ease. One of the best experiences we have had so far with an estate agent. We highly recommend!

Paul Meakin have been my letting Estate Agents for several years and I have no wish to change! Both Allison and Aymee who are looking after me are very professional, yet have a friendly approach in their dealings with the landlords and the tenants. They deal with any situation that may arise promptly and efficiently. The quality of the tenants proposed is usually very good and I trust their judgement!
As far as I am concerned Allison and Aymee at Paul Meakin and all the staff have always provided me with an excellent service which I greatly appreciate!
