Paul Meakin have been my letting Estate Agents for several years and I have no wish to change! Both Allison and Aymee who are looking after me are very professional, yet have a friendly approach in their dealings with the landlords and the tenants. They deal with any situation that may arise promptly and efficiently. The quality of the tenants proposed is usually very good and I trust their judgement!
As far as I am concerned Allison and Aymee at Paul Meakin and all the staff have always provided me with an excellent service which I greatly appreciate!

We haven’t actually sold our flat with Paul Meakin but have decided to move agents. In the 3 months our flat was on the market we heard from them once to suggest we reduce the asking price. We had no viewings and no feedback as to why people didn’t want to view so we felt completely abandoned and in the dark with no idea what we could to change the situation. We had to ask for a for sale sign to be put up outside our property and when I asked them to add an explanation to our description that we were extending our lease period it was added, almost hidden at the bottom which I guess no one got to, particularly on Rightmove, as they would’ve dismissed us once they saw the length of our unextended lease. The email I sent advising them we wanted to take our flat off the market with them was a little dismissive and left me with the distinct impression that they had no interest in selling our flat. Our intitial experience was positive but once our flat was live on the market we just don’t feel or certainly weren’t given the feeling anyone was acting in our interests.

Her knowledge, experience, engagement, ethics, and ability to keep a cool head is second to none. I will not hesitate to partner with her on future projects, in fact I would not go to anyone else. Sam was the only agent out of the three I had interviewed who understood and supported critical marketing concepts that are essential to getting the fastest sale at the best price.
