We are buying our next home and selling our current home with Pollard Machin. From the very start Pollard Machin have been so supportive. The service with Pollard Machin feels very personal and thoughtful.
Adam Watkins has been instrumental in guiding us through the process and we have felt at ease whenever we needed to call to go through any of the sale or purchase. We have been listened to at every stage and feel that Adam worked hard to help us reach our goal.

We recently completed on a house purchase through Pollard Machin. Jenna at the Sanderstead branch showed us around the property, she was warm, friendly and knew a lot of information about the house, the area and the seller's position. She also supported us through the offer process and pre-sale activities. Anytime we called the office and Jenna was unavailable, Anne would progress things for us in her absence. We were not shrugged off or asked to wait for Jenna. We went from making an offer to exchanging on the property in approx 10 weeks. Thank you to Pollard Machin!

Our house sold very quickly and Ann ' project managed' the whole chain of buyers so that we had a continuous update of the sale taking us through to our eventual completion.
