It's your point of view. From mine is that without the blink of an eye you (and your client) dumped us as soon as it was convenient. BTW, I hope the buyer knows that the neighbour from 27 is going to build a house at the back, but I guess that's not included in the brochure...

My husband and I definitely made the right choice in choosing Pollard Machin to sell our home. We entered into a contract with Pollard Machin 3 months ago regarding selling our property and today we are sitting in our new home. It is quite unbelievable as I thought moving house was going to be stressful. I can highly recommend Adam, Jenna and the team at Pollard Machin. After 3 days on the market with them and 3 viewings, I received two offers and accepted one to an applicant already under offer. They don’t just send anyone and everyone and waste your time in doing so. They carefully select the right applicants. They are prompt in answering and returning your calls so know this will be the same for people interested in buying your property. They demonstrated complete professionalism and were so accommodating. Jenna at the Sanderstead branch showed us around the property, she was warm, friendly and knew a lot of information about the house, the area and the seller's position. We had initial viewings with Chris- who was very knowledgeable and friendly during our viewings. Once we were in the midst of the sales progression we were put in touch with Ann Nelson. Ann has been nothing but helpful, informative and totally understanding.

It’s coming up for 2 years since we sold our house through Pollard Machin. We bought it through them and it only felt right that they should be given the sale, due to their family feel as opposed to big corporate agent.
All staff were friendly and always on hand whether over the phone or via email with any queries on the sale. In particular I recall Ann being uber efficient and unflappable!
We’ve moved out of London now but if it was a case of buying back in the area, I know we’d look to buy through them if possible.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with what I can only call glorified key holders and even that's a lie as when giving the agent 1 weeks’ notice to view a property for the second time I received a call on the morning of the visit to be told they didn’t have any keys.
I could write more but the simple statement I've already made tells you enough about this agent.
