What a brilliant service Pollard Machin give, from start of a property sale right through to the final hurdle, they all work tirelessly with courtesy and professionalism on the whole process. All staff are very approachable and cannot do enough to ease the journey, of selling a property in our case, with a “no stress” attitude which is so important especially as it is more than likely the biggest decision anyone is likely to make. We cannot thank the team enough. Definately highly recommend them????

Commination wasn't always the best.
Marketing was just a copy and paste exercise from other similar properties - no particular efforts put into the description.
Viewing were all handled well, and valuation was spot on.

I can highly recommend Adam, Jenna and the team at Pollard Machin. After 3 days on the market with them and 3 viewings, I received two offers and accepted one to an applicant already under offer. They don’t just send anyone and everyone and waste your time in doing so. They carefully select the right applicants. They are prompt in answering and returning your calls so know this will be the same for people interested in buying your property. They demonstrated complete professionalism and were so accommodating. The viewings were not rushed and the staff had clearly familiarised themselves with all the finer details on my property so they didn’t stumble over answering any questions. We are buying our next home and selling our current home with Pollard Machin. From the very start Pollard Machin have been so supportive. The service with Pollard Machin feels very personal and thoughtful.
Adam Watkins has been instrumental in guiding us through the process and we have felt at ease whenever we needed to call to go through any of the sale or purchase. We have been listened to at every stage and feel that Adam worked hard to help us reach our goal.

We recently completed on a house purchase through Pollard Machin. Jenna at the Sanderstead branch showed us around the property, she was warm, friendly and knew a lot of information about the house, the area and the seller's position. She also supported us through the offer process and pre-sale activities. Anytime we called the office and Jenna was unavailable, Anne would progress things for us in her absence. We were not shrugged off or asked to wait for Jenna. We went from making an offer to exchanging on the property in approx 10 weeks. Thank you to Pollard Machin!
