Fantastic service from start to finish. We listed our property with Hudson Homes and dealt with Lisa who listed our property for sale. Lisa is professional, straightforward and very prompt.
We prefer to use local agents when selling however the service received from Lisa was second to none. Jade and Lewis were also involved and again both were friendly and professional to deal with.

Having recently used Hudson Homes I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Over the years I have bought and sold many properties in turn dealing with many different estate agents and getting the right agent is vital. Hudson homes provide a refreshing professional service. We needed to sell our home quickly to secure another property and this was achieved in under two weeks. The house was marketed with excellent photos and the attention to detail written about my home played a big part in selling it so fast. We have known Lewis a number of years and he is extremely knowledgeable in his field. Last week I viewed a house in whittlesey with my daughter. After chatting to the vendor she contacted Hudson homes to put an offer in . She was told that the offer wouldn't be passed on as they considered it to be too low. This is not their decision to make ,surely all offers should be passed on to the vendor for consideration. The vendor said he may be willing to accept a lower offer as my daughter was a first time buyer and not in a chain .

We recently bought a home with Hudson homes. There’s not a thing to fault. We dealt mainly with Adam, who is an absolute star. There wasn’t a question too daft or a request that was too much, he went above and beyond, going so far as to work over bank holidays and his own time off. Communication was constant and we were never left in the dark. I apologise for not remembering the other members of the team we had the pleasure of meeting but it’s safe to say we received the same warm welcome as we did with Adam. homes. I approached him to discuss selling my mums home after her passing. It was an emotional and sad time and having to sell her home wasn’t easy. Adam showed compassion, empathy, support, understanding and true professionalism throughout. The sale was delayed due to probate but that wasn’t an issue. Adam got the situation.

DO NOT DEAL WITH OR TRUST THEM…. Have been dealing with Luke over a property on the old RAF base in Brampton…. Never rang me back. Kept telling me he was waiting on floor boards for us to view the house…. Eventually after 6 months comes clean and says the house isn’t now not available…. Offered us another home…. Do you really think we want to deal with your company after over 6 month of lies…. Boris has lost his job for lying…. Maybe you should too….
