I cannot recommend Hunkins highly enough. We were with another local agent, (who arrived and took pictures off their old camera phone, which we had to retake and replace!) We had to chase for feedback and do our own viewings as the agent was often late (she has left the business since) After 7 months, we gave up and went with Hunkins. Jack arrived, with his professional camera and drone, he took outstanding pictures, drone shots and put the board up himself, no messing! He has worked tirelessly to sell our house, the kind communication has been second to none, he has the best mannerisms around buyers and always turned up promptly to carry out the viewings. Any questions from buyers have been smoothly answered and he really sells without being pushy. We have gone under offer, but he is still answering questions and offering his usual high standard of care and warmth. The market isn't easy at the moment, but Hunkins approach really helped with this.... Read more
