I have lived in a property that they managed for 4 years. They were very organised and professional from the start. Every year electricity checks were done, to keep us safe and every year they would contact us to renew the contract in a timely manner. When I was asked to leave the property (due some work that had to be done, for safety reasons) they gave me plenty of time to plan my move and after I moved, they returned my deposit within a good amount of time. Thank you, Adam and the owner of the house. I have great memories in that flat and thanks to you, none were bad memories. Thanks for your professionalism, work ethic and integrity.

Adam and Jess went above and beyond with the sale of our house. Only a week after the house went on the market we had accepted an offer. This was down to Adam and Jess’ attention to detail, the excellent photos, their communication and their motivation. All this during a pandemic and the restrictions on viewings which Adam handled perfectly.
Our buyers had to exchange and complete on the same day and when something went wrong with the transfer of funds (entirely outside of Adam and Jess’s control) Adam’s communication between ourselves, our buyers and the estate agent for our purchase put everyone at ease. Despite completing a day late it may well have been worse had Adam not been on the phone constantly with all parties.
Highly recommend!

Hunter&Company have been unbelievable throughout our Sale. Adam, is a true professional with great local knowledge and a second to none understanding of the property market. Adam went above and beyond, Navigated us through the toughest climate due to covid all with a smile and all the supportiveness. We had fantastic communication and nothing was too much trouble. We now have our dream home and we could not have done it without Hunter&Company. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and if you are wanting an Estate Agent then do not look any further!

Adam is absolutely wonderful!! He is extremely supportive, friendly, non judgemental and is fiercely loyal. What you get is definitely what you see. He is very real. He really went above and beyond to help my young son and I find a place after being rejected over 150 times due to being out of work. He is the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Every estate agent should be like him. Thank you Adam!!!

We were so impressed with Adam when we had a viewing with him at a house that we decided to use Hunter & Company for the sale of our own property. We are so pleased we did. We couldn't have wished for a smoother process. He was always on hand for all our questions and was extremely professional throughout. We had never thought that selling a property could be so straightforward. Having met many estate agents in our search for our new home we can honestly say that Adam was different from them all in a good way. We would recommend using Hunters to anyone and will definitely be using them if we ever decide to move again.

After a disastrous attempt to sell our property through a bigger local estate agent, we were lucky enough to find them. Adam and Jessica were very supportive and professional in his approach and gave advice which helped us to sell the property within a week. In comparison, the other estate agent had our property for 4-5 months with only 1 offer.
Highly recommended for anyone who would need a good and quick sale.

My new wife Katie and I were looking for our first home together in the autumn of 2018. We looked around a lot of the places in the local area and found our new property through Hunter & Co which we love! We really appreciated the time Adam took in listening to what we wanted from our property and he showed us a few places that he recommended. We had used other estate agents to view properties but some didn't seem have the time to have the time to really engage with their clients like Adam, which is probably why our top 2 houses both came from Hunter & Co. We also really appreciated Adam's honesty and opinion when showing us his properties.
Once we decided on the house Adam helped us with the negotiation and soon enough our offer was accepted! He then introduced us to a mortage broker who we also loved! Got a great deal without a charge for us (but that's another story) and introduced us to a soliciting firm. 4 months later we were in! No hiccups. A tiny delay on finally completing but that was to do with some issues further on in the chain.
We are completely satisfied with Hunter & Co and Adam's excellent service and even happier with our new home! Adam comes highly recommended

I can honestly say it was a real pleasure dealing with Adam when selling my flat, his knowledge of the industry and the local area is second none and nothing was ever too much effort. Despite multiple problems with surveys etc, Adam got this over the line and made the whole process almost stress free!

Adam really goes the extra mile to help.
We were renting out our daughters flat in Redhill. Being the first time we had done this we arranged to meet with several estate agents and letting agents. Out of all of them Adam was the most genuine and honest.
We have needed advice and guidance through the whole procedure, which can be quite daunting and very expensive if given the wrong advice.
Adam truly goes the extra mile to be helpful. He is available to answer questions at all times and will always give an honest and informed answer.
I cannot recommend Adam and his company enough. We will not look anywhere else whether we are letting, buying or selling.

Superb service from Adam and his company!
Adam was our sales agent when we bought our lovely house in Merstham. He was super nice, and flexible every time we needed access to the property during the process. He also advised us and chased our solicitors when they were delaying the completion.
Overall, 5 star service - will use Hunter and Co again!
