Couldn't recommend Connells more if I tried! Ryan and Mark are amazing! It took my house 9 months to sell & went multi agency with two other agents but always kept Connells as one of the agents because I trusted them and saw they genuinely cared and their customer service is outstanding, I do not have a single bad word to say about Connells and would highly recommend!

I have been working with Connells over last 5 years and all I can say is how helpfull and efficient their team are at Redhill branch.
It is not always easy to build a relationship in between a tenant and landlord. Therefore, I can definitely recommend to work with Connells Redhill team for a rental property management as a thirdparty to make everything easier to manage.

We highly recommend the Lettings Team at Connells having had a brilliant experience with them recently. Jasper and Yandie are both friendly, approachable and the most efficient Estate Agent staff we've ever dealt with. Jasper paid close attention to our requirements and found us a new home within days of us meeting. His approach to renters is fantastic, we felt prioritised, listened too and respected.
Yandie is also brilliantly professional and friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Having had a bad experience with a landlord and agent we are so pleased to have found a new home through Connells.

We moved into our rented house, paid deposit and advanced rent. As soon as we moved in the boiler broke down. We have been over 5 days without heat and hot water. The plumber who they sent advised us that extensive works should have been done to the boiler prior to us moving in .Jasper and Emma at Redhill Connells mannerisms towards us has been one of "We'll get it repaired when we can" The landlord offered compensation not enough to cover even the cheapest of hotels , when we argued this point and mentioned litigation proceedings, Emma came back with a threatening email that we accept the offer before end of day Friday or it's off the table. We are now on Sunday still with no heating or hot water. We have contacted the council Environmental health department about this so they are aware of our situation.
We are a full time working couple. I urge any one reading this to think carefully before using Connells, their nonchalant, threatening tactics are so completely unacceptable ,when they have tenants who have been without hot water and heating for over 6 consecutive days. Please take our ongoing experience and use another firm of estate agents who care about the health of tenants living in properties that they manage. We have a paper trail to confirm all that has been sent in this review.
