Hunters were the estate agents assisting in a property I was purchasing. Initially I didn't have the best experience with the individual I was dealing with, messages didn't seem to be getting through to the vendor efficiently. However, it transpired that the individual I was working with was leaving the company. I was subsequently dealing with another agent (Oliver Lewis) who was excellent. Unlike others I have worked with in the past, he was polite, prompt and very efficient at dealing with all the issues at hand (in what must be said was an extremely tight timetable). He kept me updated periodically which was much appreciated (even when I was away and unable to respond). I would use hunters again and more specifically Oli again in the future.... Read more

Cezar has been amazing from start to finish! He surpassed all my expectations and was a great support , going that extra mile ~ in my case extra 200 miles! A gas leak developed in my flat whilst it was on the market and I was out of London at the time. When all the other agents looked the other way in my time of need, the only agent who genuinely cared and helped was Cezar. He went to my flat, opened all the windows, called the emergency services, arranged meeting them, letting them in, finding the leak, assisting them, then arranging for my plumber to get into the flat! Whilst all the time reassuring me on the other end of the phone! He totally saved the day, gave up his time voluntarily, and did what none of the other agents even considered. I was recommended to use Hunters and at the time was really in a desperate situation. I met Hassan and cannot believe what a nice person he was. He made me feel good about my flat and gave me confidence in letting it. Before we had said goodbye he actually had arranged for six different prospective tenants to come and view the property and before the week was out I had two prospective applicants. The tennant has just moved in and I cannot tell you how very happy I was with the speed and efficiency it was dealt with, in spite of being a bad time of the year for lettings.
