From start to end, I was extremely pleased with the service that was provided with Hunters Harrow & Preston Road. I was in contact with AJ who helped me and my partners partner get our paperwork together. He was extremely responsive when communicating, even when we moved and forgot our keys inside at 12am he came to rescue. I would 100% recommend Hunters Preston road for letting a property. AJ was extremely friendly and more than helpful during the whole process. He responded rapidly to every enquiry we had and upon our first day moving in, we locked ourselves out of the flat at midnight. We messaged AJ and he responded instantly and came all the way back to the office to give us the spare keys that instant and saved our night as we were exhausted as you can imagine after just moving in! Please make sure that this is a franchise of hunters. Dealing with them has being a nightmare. They will charge a deposit which states that it's held with TDS. It is actually held with them. Getting back your deposit is a nightmare. They go round round the circle and delay the process of your deposit which is your money NOT THIERS. ALSO THE DIRECTOR NAMED HARI PATEL DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK WITH HIS CUSTOMERS. Please think millions times before dealing with them.

Rang these "estate agents" several times in one day to view a property on Longfield Avenue in Preston Rd, HA9 which was advertised on RightMove. No one returned my calls for a viewing time despite getting through to one of them and they said they would call me in 30 minutes to view later that day. Subsequently, 3 days later, I made contact and was told that they have "trainees" and apologies for not getting back but the seller had taken the property off the market and was looking to go to auction to achieve more money. A few days later Rightmove was showing the property as "sold STC". I then emailed these "agents" as to why they had mislead, in fact it looks like they actually lied, to me. Vinnay Patel then said there was someone who viewed the property and a sale was agreed. Vinnay Patel has repeatedly said he will call me but hasn't. I've never come across such appalling estate agent behaviour, and this is another reason why these people ought to be regulated. Absolutely misleading and incorrect conduct. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I'd give Zero stars if that was possible!
Update on 22/7/2020 - they even had the cheek to reply saying "I was advised the property was to go to auction" implying this was the case from the outset. Appalling. Again, as above, avoid like the plague. PS: Isn't it interesting how many reviews have come up only in the last 2 weeks? The fact it took Hunters months to reply to my first review means they're clearly affected by the negative publicity hence all the "very recent positive reviews". Comical!
Update on 24/7/2020 - they aren't giving up and now in denial given their responses. Carry on, any sensible person seeing the miraculous recent positive reviews can see what's going on. What a joke!

Just rented my property through Hunters. I must say the service was absolutely exceptional. I was told clearly what will be done in terms of finding a property and finding a tenant. Before giving the property, Sam informed me that he will find someone great very soon... and oh did he deliver!! I was in fantastic hands, the reference were done in 2 days, utilities were done, contracts were signed electronically, deposit was registered and a long term contract! The whole process was effortless and the team were very responsive to any queries that I have raised. If you are ever looking to rent your property, please go to THIS ONE. They back up the talk unlike the other estate agents I have been to!! Highly recommended.

Right from the start, Sam has helped us find an ideal property that matched our expectations and budget. He was courteous and friendly throughout the whole process. Most estate agents ignores their tenants after the deal but sam dealt with any issues straightaway . There was recently a leak inthe bathroom and engineers were sent within in an hour to fix it. I highly recommend Sam from hunters and truly an asset to the company.

We worked with Sam from Preston Road and highly recommend their estate agent. We were originally after a 2 bed flat and were delighted that Sam was able to find us a good 3 bed property within our budget. He came out of his way to arrange late viewing in the evening and when we wanted a second time viewing, it was arranged without any hesitation. What a great service by Hari, Sam, Neron and Vinnay they went out of there way to show us a 2nd property 2.4 mile aways from where we met on the busiest day of his week. It almost felt like he was out personal property locator as he provided us a guided tour of school and train station as we travelled from first appointment in harrow weld to Preston road. Neron was very knowledgeable and had some great insights of harrow and surrounding areas. And the information he provided helped me to make a decision to go ahead with the property. By far the best viewing experience i had. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommended.

I don’t usually write reviews only If I’m disappointed or impressed about something or someone, I know Hunters for more than 3 years I have only good words about them especially Hari Patel very kind and professional . Today when I receive a call from the agents I have to say that after I end up the conversation with one lady named Meera I was upset and disappointed with her attitude with her way unprofessional and rude to talk with people u can’t not say things like ,, If your house contact gets messed up about the printers or something else is your fault not mine ,,you should sign online you safe us time even that I explain to her that I need my house contact in paper like I do it every year. Not only her tone was rude her attitude so disgusting she shouldn’t work with people if she doesn’t know how to treat someone normal way if she doesn’t know the word kind to others .. anyway I went there and I was pleased to find Two amazing agents VINNAY PATEL AND NERON VIVIAN they are such an amazing and kind so professional so helpful and good people they even apologise for that bad experience that I had with that lady I’m pleased to find out that Hunters got this tipe of people to make the team great!! I am a surveyor for one of the properties that was sold. Wont tell you which one. I was suppose to meet Neron but he was busy. If I book with someone to accompany me and give me access I would like to meet that person. So was little disappointed on that front. However he did manage to send his colleague Vinnay I believe, so everything worked out and I managed to do what I needed to do. Very friendly person. But please in future if your booking with a specific person, It should be that person.

Hari was very helpful and vinnay specifically as he did a last minute viewing before i was suppose to sign the contract. Fantastic individual. He was quite a merry character. Quite flirty at the viewing must say but I can tell he was quite new but he knew what he was talking about. But in terms of security of the property didn’t take it as I didn’t feel safe. Anamaria was suppose to deal with me as i called but didnt hear from her as she wasnt in and not even a follow up as well. So was disappointed. Hari and Vinnay make a good team. Please seek there help if looking to rent or buy.

Hunters at preston road is very reliable in terms of the way they treat there customers. Didn't rent out a property with them as I decided to wait a while because of personal reason to find something better. But a person called vinny i believe was dealing with me and he was professional as well as relatable. Felt he was my friend trying actually trying to help. Not like other estate agents like haarts. I phoned up to collect parcel from one of there property’s in which I was met you a extremely rude man who laughed and joked that they may be prestents for my children before rudely hanging up the phone and refusing to help! I called back on which he hung up straight away! His name is Harry! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SPOKEN TO LIKE A DOG! I have been passed to 3 agents before I rented the house and every time I was calling I was speaking with someone else because the employee were quitting the job. Terrible!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service and terrible manners. Be careful of this agency, and in particular the very unprofessional Hari Patel, as they are not truthful, very greedy and disgustingly unprofessional and do not even carry their work in line with legal framework! They took our deposit and when we moved home, they did not give us our deposit back and are refusing to give us any information as to WHY, or WHERE our deposit is. They did not register it with a deposit scheme which is ILLEGAL and are refusing to deal with me. I regret ever working with Hunters Estate Agency and definitely advise anyone reading this: DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. They are unprofessional, rude and have absolutey terrible customer service and are very very frustrating to deal with. If I could give 0 stars on this, then trust me I would, but unfortunately I can't.

UNPROFESSIONAL, I have to put a star but i would have given 0. Rude, and disgusting behaviour by the manager of the branch as well Hari Patel!! He's a greedy liar, doesn't want to give back a deposit and tries to delay the matter. He hangs up the phone on you, doesn't listen, and is a LIAR he tells you something only to make you forget or delay your own actual rights of getting your deposit back. no reason given for delaying the matter, avoiding us and still in dispute with this matter since January. Furious with this kind of services!! better not to deal with these people, you'll only be disappointed and lose out on money.

AVOID!!! THEY WON'T GIVE BACK DEPOSIT! An absolute disgrace of an agency and staff. Especially the so called manager Hari, who keeps avoiding calls and then shuts the phone in my face because he was caught lying. All they do is try to keep the deposit!

I advise you to stay away from this agency because they are not competent. I called them to ask a simple question regarding one of their offers "On what floor this flat is?" And then I received an answer "Why would you want to know it?". If I am looking for the flat so it is good to know if it will suit me but I guess Hunters don't understand it. He began to ask me about all my information, including the number of the shoe. I phoned THEM to know this simple information.
I did not find out anything, I will use the services of other agencies.

Staffs were quick in responding and the person who helped us with the viewing was pretty co-ordial! But, the property was not kept in the right condition when the viweing was arranged for me. So a general suggestion - would be nice to keep the property a bit tidy.

Absolutely shocking! Do not touch these people. The agent is the daughter of one of the landlords and they work together to scam you out of money using fake / old inventories. It makes me sick how this company operates. Very lazy staff and a very shoddy service.

Simply the best estate agents in the area, no bullcrap just straightforward factual advice and an ability to surpass my expectations on prices whenever I've sold through them. I only turned to them when I grew frustrated at a previous favoured agent's inability to let a property for me at a certain price and on giving Hunters the keys they let it in one hour at quoted figure. If you want results and a very candid yes we can or no we can't approach then use them. You'll be pleasantly surprised if you don't expect to get pampered and are more interested in getting a result! Thanks Hari, you guys are grafters

Bought a house through Hunters Preston Road. Absolutely stellar service from beginning to end. Was not a straightforward purchase and could not have done it without Hari, Andrew, Sam, Nishi and the team. They exceeded our expectations with the effort they went through to support the sale. We were kept in constant communication throughout. They helped push through on the vendor side to minimise delays and talked us through the whole process as we were novices. I feel like Hunters really went the extra mile for us and if I ever go through the buying/selling process again I will definitely do so with them again!

Do not go near them . They will not release the tenants deposit. Had a lot of difficulty to get money back. TDS in the end returned the money as agents did not answer any letters to TDS. They had no right to hold the money when the landlord had informed them to release it. Just want to make fast money . This is cheating as far as Preston Road Ofiice of Hunters is concerned who took over Kings Estate of Wembley

THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM OF AGENTS(CHEATERS) I HAVE SEEN IN HARROW. THIS TEAM of Nishi Shah, Sam from preston road office took deposit from me agreeing on the move in date 2 weeks ago and just one week before 1 move in they called me to inform that current tenant can not move out. They did not know current tenant was my friend & on inquiry I found out that, they agreed with me on earlier move in date than current tenants contract move out date & they were not ready to payback difference to current tenant. DO NOT DEAL WITH OFFICE. THEY ARE SPOILING NAME OF HUNTERS. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE

Absolute aghast! Not only did they not give me the property after taking the deposit, they actually told me off the deposit stating the person who took the money left the company.....I mean really is it a joke or something. It was later when I researched a little about them I got to know that actually this is somewhat a culture there. Can't believe their licence to operate hasn't been taken till now.
