Was lucky to have IC PROPERTY manage the flats I currently live in. I found them to be reach-able and have a fast Response. They dealt with some major issues that a past management had ignored for a long time, also massively improved the building and had a community approach with some issues we had going on. All in all professional, helpful, efficient.

Almost scammers. They advertised a studio flat and their landlord was playing dodgy games with me which they enabled to the fullest. Landlord would refuse to show contract in advance and he would demand for full monthly rent and deposit upfront. They would make comments as "you first go to supermarket and then get a receipt,the same accounts on this situation". Finally although I passed referencing the landlord gave the studio to a family member and ghosted everyone.
Don't trust this agency.

Have listed a property on zoopla which is not really for sale. A 1 bed flat £215,000 in Potters Bar.
And has not removed the advert either.

I was very pleased that I used IC Property as agents to rent my house. I have never rented out my property before and I found Murat to be very clear, kind and patient when answering all of my questions and helping me to understand the process. He quickly matched me to a suitable tenant whose moving schedule worked with mine and kept the process moving without putting too much pressure on me. Sharon also helped me with the renting process and was very approachable and quick to solve my queries. Terrible and a complete waste of time. That was my experience from this agent. I put a offer on a property and was asked to provide lots of details and that my offer was accepted on the bases of me providing this information once all this was done I received a email from the agent rejecting my offer and asking for the full price . I understand the agent is only acting on the behalf of the seller but this reflects badly on both. Be careful don’t waste your time and effort’s like I did

It's taken me a while to give a review as I just moved in about a month and has taken me a while to settle in.
I would like to say Ic properties are the best. I was in desperate situation and needed a rental property within a a week and the staff Declon was amazing. He really understood and empathised with my situation and sorted a property out for me within a week.
Also another staff jasmine helped me sort out when my housing benefit did not get paid and went out of her way to fill up my form with me.

Where do I begin?!
Well this could end up into a winding story, so I will spare you the pain and agony lol.
I will begin by stating very clearly that despite the hardship I went through in purchasing a property, IC Properties were nothing short of brilliance in their care, understanding and professional approach!
I have had dealings with a few estate agents in North London and I can confidently say that IC Properties is by far the most competent and efficient estate agent a buyer or a seller can wish for!
Lastly, I would be totally neglectful if I did not mention the star that held me and my family all the way through till the very end… Mr. Murat! He was not only well versed in the housing matter, but was also had a human touch which enabled me to be comfortable and continue to be hopeful.

I came across IC a few years ago and have since been in regular contact with the team. After informing Murat of my requirements, I went on to buy the second property I viewed! Murat was extremely professional, having advised and updated me throughout the whole process (including after work hours!) which was extremely reassuring during such a stressful time. He really does go above and beyond!! Jasmine, Jess, Sharon and the whole team have since been extremely helpful, friendly and always welcoming whenever I have had questions or come to the office. When I was looking for a house on the homefinders scheme these guys were brilliant!!!VERY HONEST not like some other agencies who calim that the council will not pay your deposit, which is not true!and want to take a £2000 deposit off you!!!!
