Iconic were the estate agents for our purchase. Selene was brilliant from start to finish - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us with everything, even advising on works we wanted to carry out. She communicated with solicitors so I often didn't have to. It was all seamless and, despite the normal stresses of house moving, a pleasant experience which I really appreciated. We would definitely recommend Iconic, you get a much more personal service than a larger faceless estate agents. We would 100% consider using Iconic for our sale in the future.

My wife and I have just bought a house through Ivonic, and in particular Julie Sadd. We were under very tight timescales as our tenancy was expiring quite quickly. Julie was amazing, she helped us as an intermediary between the vendors and their solicitors and met us many times at the property to enable access for measuring for floors and blinds etc. Nothing was too much to ask for, Julie was very amiable, professional and very approachable, ensuring a seamless and very proactive purchasing process.
I Do not think we would have made it on time if it was not for Julie, 10 out of 10!

After finally getting settled in our house that we bought through Iconic and having the time to reflect on the process I feel l can now give my review. Unfortunately I feel when it comes to Iconic (I won’t name who dealt with the majority of our house process) It ended up being more stressful than it needed to be. Also there was some advertising of the property we bought that was very misleading and has caused us to be majorly out of pocket due to this. Therefore I can’t recommend using Iconic.

All of the staff at Iconic were great. They have many years of experience and it shows. Selene was a real asset to us and helped get things chased with solicitors and all parts of our chain. She has a very professional way of working and is easy to approach and talk to. She is friendly and has excellent communication skills. Julie and Gary are also very helpful and the whole team really know their business very well. I would highly recommend this company for selling a property. In my view they provide a far better service than the national high street estate agents who are never easy to contact and provide little, if any, help once they have booked a viewing and an offer is made. After being left disappointed and let down by a few estate agents when searching for my first home, I came across Iconic. My very first telephone call was with the wonderful Julie. She offered some reassuring words and a promise that she would get in contact if a property came onto the market matching my requirements. A few weeks later Julie rang about a property that was about to come onto the market that she could get me viewing for the next day. I absolutely loved the house and was very happy when the offer was accepted. Julie and the rest of the iconic team were professional, prompt, kind and reassuring. The whole team were very genuine with the support and advice that they offered. They even managed to get the sale to completion before the end of the summer holidays which helped me significantly with returning to work!! Since moving into the property Julie has (and continues to be) been very helpful with helping me to settle in and sorting out the final bits and pieces.

From initial contact it only took 3 days to get the property on the market with excellent photos. Everyone was there to help us every step of the way. There was none of the jargon talking hard selling I’ve seen with other agents. It was all honest fair advice.
The help didn’t stop with the sale, Lauren was there to help us with our purchase as well to keep the whole process running as smoothly as it could.
You’d be hard pushed to find an agent that could do more for an incredibly fair price.

Daily updates on properties coming onto the market, quick replies to emails and most important to us, they arranged viewings, sometimes at short notice because of the distance we were travelling and rang us back as soon as those viewings were arranged.

We brought our house off of Iconics and dealt with Lauren mainly, although everyone at Iconics was amazing!
We had sold our house in 24hrs back in July and found a house within a few weeks. However, after 4 long months decided we would pull out as the venders didn’t seem to be in any rush to find somewhere and after constant calls and emails to the estate agents that we brought from ( not Iconics) was so poor in getting back to us or even letting us know what was going on! We just gave up….
We then found out the house we brought had sold already back in March and had pulled out of the sale because again they couldn’t find anything!!! After the poor man had moved out of his home. So basically massive time wasters!
We then was on such a time scale as our first time buyers were understandably getting restless! We then found this house through Iconics and they were so incredible!
Lauren was brilliant! She got back to us so quickly and reassured me through everything, Lauren really knew her stuff… I honestly couldn’t of got through it all without her!
We had a dead line for the 14th January and even thou we had Christmas and lots of bank holidays Lauren was there every step of the way and along with our solicitors (who were also amazing!) we was in our knew home by the 14th!

I sold our house through Iconic and tbh they couldn’t have helped me out more if they tried. I was in a horrible situation I was in, they understood and remained professional, first buyers went MIA 3 weeks before completion, Lauren called me and said I’ll sell it again instantly, it was sold within 4 days. Every estate agent needs a ‘Lauren’ working for them. She was professional, she kept me up to date on text which was handy whilst at work, any problems she picked up the phone to tell me in person and sorted them out, she even text whilst it was out of work time. Having been involved with many of the local estate agents in Norwich, it was a refreshing and welcome change to be involved with an estate agent who genuinely do put the customer first - In this industry talk is cheap.....
When we saw the house we wanted to view online, it was listed with two agents - The first agent, couldn't get us a viewing for 4 days. Iconic - The same day the property was listed, and subsequently they sold the property and secured the sale.
We were not filled full of lies or promises that never materialised with Iconic - It's a shame not the same can be said for many other agents we had viewings with, some providing inaccurate information about their vendor, for what seems like, thier own benefit - We have even seen examples of the same agent recommending thier products and services using thier own personal accounts posing as customers on Social Media in order to drum up business - Most definitely a questionable tactic.
All in all, Lauren was fantastic - Keep us informed, she felt very impartial and was very patient. Long story short, very well organised, approachable and professional service, definitely recommended.

In addition, Iconic were always available to help us with any questions we had, provide contacts for solicitors and mortgage advisers, etc. Our experience with them was second to none and contrasted markedly with the agents dealing with the house we purchased (absent, non-responsive, uninterested all round). After speaking with a few agents in the area, we decided that other "online only" agents were not right for us and wanted to have someone we could communicate with easily and pop in for a face to face if ever we needed. We instructed Gary and his team to market our property.
The effort the team went to in order to secure our sale was phenomenal; their communication throughout the transaction was great and nothing seemed like too much work when it came to assisting our buyer.
The photographs that were done of our house to put on all the big property sites were excellent and the listing was really successful, details of the traffic hitting the adverts were shared with us and everything was transparent.

Sold our house with Iconic recently (September). Sale was agreed quickly and with a short chain (so far so good) but as things progressed the team identified our buyers buyer had a few hurdles to overcome. The team and in particular Lauren kept us informed at each stage by phone or email. In the end Iconic ended up sorting out the issues for the buyer and we moved as planned. The after sales service is the best I've received from an agent and Gary's no BS approach is a refreshing change when talking about marketing and agreeing sales. All in all I don't think they could have done any better.

I purchased my second property through Iconic and I did not expect the level of service that I experienced - having dealt with a number of different estate agents in Norwich already and being LESS than impressed with their service. Iconic provide the good old fashioned, no pressure customer service approach, lost in so many chains and online agencies. Iconic have been well established in Taverham with two of the original staff still working there. Exceptional customer service, over the phone but also visiting the office which also has a friendly and welcoming feel. My daughter is in the process of buying her first house and unfortunately the house she is purchasing isn't through Iconic which was disappointing as the experience hasn't nearly been as smooth as I know it would have been if it had been in the capable hands of Julie and the team. Deciding on an estate agents can be tricky as so many out there but chose Iconic as I like to support the smaller local businesses as opposed to bigger chain ones. I feel the service is more personal.
I made the correct decision as service was excellent I was kept in the loop for the whole journey easing the inevitable stress of a house move.

Having bought a few houses during my time, I can honestly stipulate that Iconic have been by far the most professional, supportive and delivered what they stated they would do from the onset. I purchased a house in July 2019 off a very disorganised and difficult seller. Iconic chased her solicitors daily for information and were certainly in the driving seat throughout the conveyancing process. Iconic certainly earned their fee.
They employed a professional photographer when exhibiting my own property for sale and managed to sell my home incredibly quickly and at the I wanted. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gary & Lauren based at Iconic in Taverham, Norwich. A very hard working duo.

Estate Agents are not always the favoured party when buying/selling your property. However, Iconic's level of service and commitment to achieve both sale and a smooth sale process were above and beyond anything I would expect. They certainly put the customer first, and were always happy to help. I sold a rental property with them, and having a sitting tenant makes it a little trickier and time consuming to book viewings etc. However, their professional and friendly approach put the tenant at ease, and allowed viewings (and even a gas service) in the presence of an Iconic agent (Lauren!). A note about Lauren - she is fab! The whole team at Iconic were amazing - Gary has a great team and I would have no hesitation recommending them!
