Although i have known Bob and Emma from Ideal property services in Immingham for years professionally they recently sold our home in immingham for us, we cannot fault the professionalism of these two and as we live over 200 miles away on numerous occasions they helped us out with getting things done at the house and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible, Listed and sold within 3 months Im really impressed with that. Thanks to you both.

I have had nothing but excellent dealing with ideal was so helpful when we had to find a house quickly and bob had gone over and beyond to help us and support us in all aspects of moving house. Found a lovely property and my family are very happy:) brilliant :)

Rubish agent bob is not helpful judges you before he knows your details and lets big houses to small families instead of bigger families whos earning alot more money!! Would not recomend this estate agents!!

I have dealt with Bob on a number of occasions. I've always found him to be fair and has looked after me every time. A refreshingly honest guy in a business that tends to be full of undesirables!

I contacted Bob at Ideal Properties to sell a property for me. Bob came round immediately, gave me an estimated selling value and took several photographs. The property was advertised in the window of their premises in Immingham and on Rightmove with eight photographs and an excellent description. No FOR SALE board was erected, at my request.
The sale of the property was completed in less than four months. I would recommend anyone to use Ideal Property Services for selling, renting or purchasing any property. Thanks Bob for a good and very professional job done.

The worst Estate Agent I have ever encountered. Almost always lists their properties with only one photo, meaning you have no idea how the inside is laid out, or what it looks like. Meaning both you and them and have to waste your time setting up a viewing in order to find out. Why not publish photo's like every other estate agent and save people wasting their time (and money) travelling to a house, then within seconds of walking in the door know it's not for them.
Their website is a disaster. The search function doesn't work at all in firefox. it works in Internet Explorer, but although it lists properties once you've run your search, when you click properties for more details nothing happens.
They massively overvalue their properties, very really are they able to meet you at a property to show you round when you want because there are only two of them in the office, and if one is out the other can't leave. They leave properties listed on their website (and others i.e. rightmove etc) even when the sale has been completed (never mind sale agreed). They have shown me around four properties, and on two occasions "forget" to bring the keys to the rear of the property so we could not access, the rear/gardens. The only reason I can see they stay in business is they somehow manage to get all the repossession.
There is not one single factor I can think off on which to recommend them.
