Didn't contact us, we had to chase them up all the time. Waited in for someone to view our property only to discover they had cancelled and we weren't notified. Photographs our our property all looked very dark compared to the agent's we have now. They put a for sale sign up that was too short and risked people walking into it, I adjusted myself.... Our experience with the office staff was excellent, all of our queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. However, the level of communication regarding viewing of our property was poor, on four occasions buyers turned up with your agent without any prior warning to ourselves of the proposed visit! a very embarrassing situation for all concerned. Did not have a great success rate with Jackson, Green and Preston. Never felt that they were actively promoting my house and have since changed agents. In the month that I have been up with Reeds Rain I have had more viewings than I had being up for 10 months with Jackson, Green and Preston. So sorry, not a great experience for me!... Read more
