iMove have been brilliant. From the first initial meeting with Jon, he talked through the process gave accurate readings of the market and what we would expect. From there on the service has been impeccable.Courtenay was consistent with giving feedback from our property viewings and advocated for the price we wanted. They replied to our emails and queries sufficiently. Megan kept us updated often on our sales progression giving us peace of mind. Additionally, their recommendation for solicitors (which we did instruct on) were great as well. We have been able to get to exchange of contracts within 2 1/2 months. I think it’s safe to say I would have lost all sanity without iMove during this sale process! Given how complicated and emotional the situation was, Meg somehow managed to make me laugh when I’d (more often than not) started the phone call in tears. Jon took great photos of the house and worked quickly to highlight the best features the property had to offer. Meg also kept me up to date throughout and pushed the sale along so well, taking 10 weeks from start to finish which given the world at the moment is an amazing timescale. Can’t put into words how grateful I am- would recommend to everyone.

Apologies, this review will probably be long as I have a lot of praises to sing (said no one ever before about an estate agent).
From the beginning, iMove have been excellent. I didn’t put my house on the market for several months after the initial valuation, they didn’t hound me once, which is more than I can say for others. When Steve arrived, he listened to the reasons behind selling etc and gave no horrid sales pitch.
Then I met Sam, who took photos of my property and went through the process. Again, super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and sincere. I was an absolute nightmare client constantly rearranging the photos and he was really understanding about it. After only 2 viewings, my house was under offer at the full sale price with proceedable and genuine buyers.
Then Megan took over. My gosh this woman is amazing! She has the hardest job of all doing the sales progression and she extremely efficient and competent at doing so. She alleviated the majority of the stress that comes with selling a property and kept me up to date constantly (without being overbearing).
The sale of my house has just gone through speedily and easily on my part thanks to the team at iMove.
I cannot recommend them enough.

We booked a valuation & viewing with Imove. Steve was very prompt in replying to all messages. Agreed to sell our property. We debated the price after speaking to two other local agents and he agreed to increase it by 15k but told me not to start the figure with a 3. An employee of imove asked if their parents could view before it went to the market.
We chose to go with another estate agent who advertised our property for £40,000 more than Imove wanted to list the property for. To no surprise the employees parents no longer wanted to view the house as they couldn’t afford a figure beginning with a 3, when we offered them to view it with the new estate agent. End story we got £45,000 more with another agent.
In regards to the reply I would just like to add I was not advised by yourselves to get any further valuations. This was done off my own back and both estate agents were alarmed by the valuation provided by imoves director and the conflict of interest in a potential buyer.

Forget about your preconceptions of Estate Agents, these guys break the mould. Professional, genuinely friendly, helpful and a shoulder to cry on when things aren't going as planned.
Steve and his team went above and beyond what was required during a long, protracted and painful sale and purchase (7 months). If it wasn't for them, I suspect things would have taken far longer. They were in constant contact with all parties in the chain, relaying information as it became available, calling when they said they would and doing everything they could to expediate the process. Such a shame the agents for the purchase, Simple Small, weren't half as good.

I'm not very comfortable with IT, in fact pretty illiterate tech wise - from day one the team have printed paperwork off for me, sent paperwork off to solicitors and assisted any way they could to help.
When Jon first came to give an idea of the market price I immediately knew they were the company for us. He was helpful, honest in his opinions and easy to get on with. Subsequently he came and took brilliant photos and video which in turn led to many offers and agreed sale. The guys doing the viewings were great. Combined, this all led to many offers and no stress for me. In fact, total trust that we had chosen the right agents.
A special mention for Megan has been absolutely incredible. She has worked tirelessly to get our exchange through today. She has, through the whole process, kept me updated on a weekly and more recently daily basis of where we are at. She took on more than she had to to make sure our sale/purchase reached this stage, which I don't think would have happened without her. The last week or so has been very stressful and frustrating for myself and, I'm sure, for Megan also. She has some days emailed and phoned me several times as things have been changing on an hourly basis and she has also been chasing other agents when this has been necessary.
I cannot thank her enough for her hard work in getting this across the line.

They were very good value for money too.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST ESTATE AGENTS!!!!! I used imove to sell my property and I can only say - WOW they exceeded all of my expectations. They looked after every single part of my sale including looking after my buyer which is important too.
The whole team were outstanding and were always there to answer every single call and query nothing was too much trouble.
Selling/buying houses is one of the most stressful times and team imove were very calming and reassuring dealing with negotiations quickly not doing the classic "making you sweat" over offers and negotiations technique which I have had done to me with other agents where they make you wait for days thankfully this isn't move's style they are honest, efficient and professional!
After receiving the first offer from my buyer there was no time delay imove set to work negotiating and were on and off the phone between myself and my buyer straight away and within 5 minutes they had agreed the sale! no waiting, no anxiousness seamless! I only wish all agents were like this! they went above and beyond offering advice on anything property related! I cannot recommend them enough! I only wish we were now buying through them!

Would definitely use again and would recommend. Have used various other estate agents over the years with the service being lacking at times in various areas, however both Steve and Megan at I Move offer a fantastic all round service at a great price. I have bought and sold several properties, but never has the buying process been so easy. My first visit to the property was made on April 23rd and moving day was June 1st.
Steve made the whole process as stress free as possible, chasing solicitors, my selling agent, sorting out a surveyor along with keeping me informed at every step. I am always early for appointments and Steve was always there before me.
I have no intention of moving again, but should it become necessary I would certainly use this agency. Steve definitely is not like any other estate agent with whom I have had dealings and I thank him for all the help and support he gave me.

After advertising my property for six months with a high street agency, I’d had absolutely no luck selling it. The few viewings we did have were by people who hadn’t even put their own property on the market and, half the time, the agents didn’t even show up to do the viewing.
What a difference when Steve from Imove Online knocked on our door one day. He said he’d noticed our house had been up for sale for a while and wondered if we’d like to try putting it on with him.
Within eight weeks of meeting him, our house sale had completed and we’d received the full asking price.
Communication from Steve throughout the process was superb and we had a number of high quality viewings and three good offers before selling for the full asking price. In addition, we paid a third of the price that we were quoted from the previous estate agent.
I am over the moon with the service we have received and highly recommend imove Online.
