Very good service. They've look after two flats for me for the past 17 years. I was particularly struck with the way they obtained a new tenant for one of them within days. Always good to deal with.

I have used Carl at Torbay Property Management many times over the past years and always found the service to be first class. He is honest and professional to both the landlord and the tenant which makes for a positive relationship once the tenant has moved in. Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic service we have received from Carl at Torbay Property Management!!!! Carl and his team secured a tenant for our property within a week of instruction. We used the tenant find service and it is excellent value for money. Carl was so efficient in getting our property marketed and the whole process has been a seamless transaction. The attention to detail and audit trails provided within the paperwork submitted was first class and we would highly recommend TPM for their services.
