Having had good experiences from the Bridport and Totnes offices, the Torbay branch was an obvious choice when it came to selling our Brixham property.

From what was a potentially ill fated trip to view properties in the Torbay area, we were thrilled with the three properties that Noor Mohsin showcased and fell in love with the third one, basically changing our lives. Noor was on hand and immediately responsive to the whole process and a good font of local knowledge that made everything go far more smoothly than expected. Her passion for the house (and in fairness for all of them and the local areas) and expert professional relationship with the owner can't be ignored. We are now very proud owners of our little property in Babbacombe and can't thank Noor and Stags enough.

Estate agents often get bad press but we have to say our experience as buyers with Stags has been nothing short of exemplary. In particular, Noor has been outstanding throughout the process and a joy to deal with, answering all our (many) questions quickly, helping us to find a good surveyor when our first one let us down, and keeping us fully informed as the sale progressed with information on what was going on at all points in the chain. We couldn't have hoped for a more friendly and efficient person to deal with than Noor, she really was fantastic and helped to smooth the way in what can be a stressful house buying process.

Over the years, have used several estate agents in Torquay, with no success. The service, perseverance, patience and tolerance i received from all the staff at Stags, but especially Noor was second to none. Due to my current location, Noor went out of her way to help with other issues that were not within her remit but helped anyhow. I would highly recommend Stags as an Estate agent and Letting agent. My apartment is now sold, I'm stress free and all thanks to Stags.
