Lovely place to visit ,only thing to spoil it was the actor playing Henry vlll refusing to have a photo with my two autistic grandsons and being really nasty about it , made a complaint to a team manager who couldn't have been more apologetic

Ian, Wayne and Ben have been truly amazing from start to finish of marketing and quickly selling our property. They have been exceptional in communicating relevant information/changes to us and remained professional at all times. During the COVID lockdown it was still business as usual and this helped with any additional anxieties we felt regarding moving and completing on the sale. Possibly the worst estate agents in Exmoor, behind the experienced and professional exterior is a wealth or poor and unprofessional practice. They are very skilled at talking the talk but when needed did not walk the walk, this put both buyer and seller to considerable expence and months of delays
