Amazing service from valuation (Anthony) to sales team Jayne,Karen and Julie. Viewings straight away sale agreed 15th august communication fantastic as they contacted solicitors both mine and buyer so I received constant updates. Always answer phone unlike other Ingelby agents.
Sale completed 27th Sept so 40 days down to hard work and good communication and commitment

Local knowledge was important and they have a vast amount. As I live remote for the property I was selling, good communication was also very important to me, from initial contact to sale agreed they proved to be very good communicators. I did like getting the text messages when a viewing was scheduled. Would use again and easy recommend to anyone requiring an estate agent.
