Useless estate agent happily take your money but when they have work to do like obtaining your rent, which is the only thing they get paid to do, they avoid your calls. When your rent comes 3months late they take there cut even tho there's two months missing. AVOID THIS COMPANY... Read more

Not quite sure where to begin. The service is atrocious to say the least. This is not only of a few individuals but all of them. No one answers their mobile nor the landline it is as if they avoid it intentionally. Seem to be very inexperienced and unprofessional with not putting customers at the forefront. I have had my property rented via this lot for maybe a decade or more. Each time I have never had a prompt response. The last time I requested something I am waiting almost a year for a reply. Each time I managed to get through after many attempts I was told on each occasion they would promise to get back to me but still waiting! Please avoid! Basically think about the service fee when there should be none for a non existent service!... Read more

Very, very disappointed in their service. They do not respond to calls, emails or when I'm there in branch. They guarantee me I will here off them by the end of the day but it's been weeks. I was origionally looking for a letting agent to market and manage some of my properties but I will in no way shape of form trust this company to do anything for me or a tenant of mine. The worst estate agents I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The lethal combination of extortionate fees, disrespectful staff and horrendous service. Having rented property with different agencies over the years, InHomeEstates are easily the worst I've come across. Please save your money, effort and precious time by AVOIDING them at all costs... I did leave a negative review for these guys previously but having interacted with them again, they are a lovely bunch! We've secured our tenancy with these guys, they have given us all the documents I would expect on time and with all necessary information. I am actually impressed as i usually have to ask for these bits separately but they were pretty good. The 4 stars is still based on my cumulative experience with them, but that again is subject to change (hopefully for the better) in the coming days. Happy moving about!... Read more

We called these guys several times to secure a property but no one picked the phone neither replied the email.When my husband reached their office the phone was ringing, but they were not picking the phone intentionally and then said property has been taken.So bad response, poor dealing.Won't recommend this In Home Estate agency to anyone instead "Amber Residentials" in Aston are the best.Very responsible and professional.... I would avoid this agency at any cost.They will try anything to take your bond, they couldn't care less about the property and it's rare that they will sort out something in the property. By far they are the worst agency I have rented with and I have been renting for years.... Read more

I highly recommend InHome. They both do residential and commercial. Rented out a commercial property in Nechells on a rent guarantee scheme and great team work. Talha is a great guy and they have people to do the renovation works if required at a reasonable costs and at a good quality.... Read more
