Awful agency. We have been trying to view a property for a month now. Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before).
We are going to contact the seller directly.
Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone!
No response via email or phone.
Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.

The worst agency ever. Horrible service. Once they sign you up, they just disappear. They have been avoiding calls, messages, emails for 2 months now. They have advertised my property incorrectly, it’s a freehold building, but they put it under flats, so it doesn’t even show in searches. I have been trying to contact them for two months and they don’t even answer anything. The worst experience ever.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Please please please read all the reviews as they are soooo accurate even more so with one being from a past member of staff.
They demand you pay the deposit knowing the property is nowhere near ready. 6 Months later they pull out. No warning, no advice, nothing. Communication is dead as soon as you pay your fees. Don't expect anything from them unless you chase. The only positive it that the refund was done immediately however I wouldn't put it past them if they don't return your fees. Shahid, the owner is nothing but rude and hides behind messages. A real coward

I would give 0 star if possible. Stay well away from this fraudsters if you are a buyer. Once they get hold of your exclusivity fee, they don’t really care! Something does need to be done about them. I used them to buy a property which fell through. My experience with Zara is nothing to write home about. She was in communication on the telephone, over WhatsApp, and email non stop but once I paid the exclusivity fee, she became impossible to get hold of! My solicitors could not get hold of their solicitors, my surveyors could not gain access to the property for valuation and I could no longer get through to Zara! I lost my 2% and they don’t care! Please please stay away from these fraudulent company!!!

Would not even give 1 star. Started here as an apprentice, in my second week my cousin passed away and they fired me the next day due to “lack of experience”. Not only that, they then took 4 months to pay me my weeks wage and was blanking my calls for months until I got acas involved. This company is not at all professional and you should not what so ever put any trust into these people.

I was skeptical at first, after first speaking with Faralah I felt I was pressured and rushed into making a decision quickly. However that was not the case Faralah was on point and firm. If something needed to be done she was on the case. As your only given a short period of time 8 weeks I can understand why. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. All in all I am happy with the result.

I recently sold my property through The OPA. I was very pleased with the service. They found me a cash buyer very quickly. I took a lot of comfort in the fact that they took a reservation fee from the buyer. I knew they had a committed and serious buyer. I am very impressed with The OPA’s model of selling. And even better we didn’t have to pay a penny in agency fees !

OPA Birmingham, I was very impressed with this online property agent. I'm based in London and found a property which was on sale on there website. There service was excellent from the start to the finish of the purchase.
The information and advise provided was accurate, didn't get frustrated when I kept calling them and asking questions and also as agreed they did everything lightening that stress when purchasing the property. I will recommend them to any one wanting to sell or buy a property.

I have recently purchased 3 properties via Zara and the team at The OPA. I have to say I was initially concerned at the 1.8% buyers fee they were charging to take the properties off the market. It is the first time I've been asked to do this and it did require a 'leap of faith' before transferring the funds. However, having done it I actually found it gave me security in the transaction. I knew the properties were mine, and the vendor wasn't going to be tempted to sell to a rival bidder half way through the lengthy purchase process. I'm sure the vendor also took comfort that I was a committed and motivated buyer. I ended up with 3 fantastic properties with strong yields and have since gone on to form a close working relationship with Zara and her team. Excellent service all round.
