Heartbroken at not getting the house we wanted to buy due to major lack of communication from
This estate agency. Having showed vast interest in the property no one contacted me to say they had other interest over the weekend (there being none previously) and we needed to get our buyers documents asap to get our offer in-meaning someone else swooped in without them

This is an estate agent that likes to whisper behind clients backs.
If you are not worried that John Hudson (PARTNER of the company) will divulge information to anyone who will listen to try to gain work then go ahead using them.
Very unprofessional man and very unprofessional company.
I welcome a call from gossiping John Hudson but I'm sure, like all back stabbing weasels, I will here nothing from him!

Put in an Asking Price offer for a property, was told they was going to wait and see if any better offers came in for the property. I’m in a position with no chain. 5 days later they decide to call and say although my offer was the first, they are going with somebody else as they liked them more. Shocking service as I did not realize house buying was a popularity contest. Would avoid this estate agent.

This company is like Jekyll and Hyde, one rep left me and my wife feeling frustrated and depleted. They was difficult to deal with and a lack of customer service towards potential buyers. Then there was another rep who was professional and courteous throughout.
I wouldn't consider using them to sell a property in the future due to the less than pleasant experience and I would be reluctant to buy a house through them.

put in on offer on a property which was rejected. 6 weeks later was phoned up to say they had 'received a significantly higher offer' than what i had put in and would i be interested in increasing it.just looked on Zoopla. the property subsequently sold for nearly 10k less than my offer (7% of property value). Dirty tactics. stay away.

Be warned, this company has no scruples they will attempt to take monies not due to them from your deposit, under TDS, regulation money cannot be deducted for outstanding bills, like utilities and council tax,bills legally belong to the individual, not the property,and how would they access private utility accounts ?
