We had a very unique property to sell following the death of a friend. From the beginning, Jacksons took a very personal interest in positioning the property, keen to find the "right" buyer. This took rather longer than we had anticipated, and 12 months on, we were a little frustrated that we were not getting to the right target market. Nathan worked with us to explore ways we could expand the pool, and keeping us updated with the market situation and advising when appropriate to consider price adjustments.
In the end, following a price move, the perfect couple found us!
This was not without issues as their sale fell through a couple of times, but with support from Jacksons, we kept the sale live and now we know that the house is in the right ownership and everyone is very happy.

Even with very challenging sale conditions, land registry issues, and difficult vendors, Jackson’s team have been faultless.
The WhatsApp group set up as standard is a great help in communications and often provides answers before solicitors .In addition we always had a quick response to save using costly alternatives to obtaining vital information and chasing up on our behalf- other estate agents should take a look at how things should be done, this is gold standard.

So I should come clean and admit that I do not hold the Estate Agency profession in particularly high regard, they come somewhere between politicians and newspaper reporters in my general distain for them as a profession.
So, how refreshing to find an agency that really have got their act together and did what they said. The Jackson’s team did a fantastic job and their communication was second to none. The fact that they work as a team and share commissions means that you get super fast responses and they set up a dedicated WhatsApp group where anyone of the team can respond to any concerns or questions you might have. In the Hereford Branch I have to single out Charlotte as having done an outstanding job.

If there was a slight negative it would be that quite often ringing the Hereford sales team you wouldn’t get through and Leominster office would pick up and take a message. Not a big deal though.

Enthusiastic to be the agent to sell our house, however the video they made was never added, agreed offers over was not mentioned on the brochure. The agent assigned was pleasant, but did not familiarise herself with the property and at negotiation seemed to be working for the buyer and not for us a vendor. Completed during lockdown was not told agent was furloughed and the original negotiator did no respond to our request for contact, however was quick to contact us after completion to request the large fee, for which we felt they did not earn as we only completed without their help. Sadly dissapointed.

Do not dream of letting your property with this Company.
Their advertising spiel quotes a 'hassle free' business where owners can relax knowing their property is in safe hands.
The reality is quite different. Of the last 2 tenants provided, the first caused £7000 of well documented damage and lost their deposit. The second was worse, costing the owners £10000 and counting. The damage on both occasions happened whilst under quarterly management visits by the lettings team who reported no issues.
When the second tenant went bankrupt they took all their 'management' fees from the deposit scheme and deducted further amounts for services that had not been authorised.
The sales information is also questionable. The spiel quotes an increase in values in the region. Jacksons provided a sales figure of £50000 less recently than the original estimate they had given some 5 years ago for our property.
Avoid at all costs. We are not professional landlords and relied on their' 100 years experience'

I was very impressed with Jackson Property throughout my entire process of buying my first home. As a first time buyer, this can be a very daunting process, but they were very helpful and quick at replying to any emails. Michelle Mantle, in particular, was incredibly helpful and dealt with all my many questions! Her help was very appreciated and I would most definitely recommend Jackson's as a result of the excellent customer service she provided. After contracts were exchanged, Michelle provided me with a hamper of goodies, which was a very thoughtful touch - it included essentials like toilet roll, zoflora, bin bags, a home magazine, biscuits, popcorn and teabags,amongst more, which were very useful in the first days of moving in when you're living out of boxes! Thank you for all your help!! :)
