Iv used Jackson Stops Tunbridge Wells Branch to rent my flat out and quite frankly I'm extremely disappointed with there service don't bother there useless I will be going elsewhere next year!

My experience of this estate agents was not pleasant. I found the woman who I dealt with to be rude and unprofessional, lacking communication & basic necessary skills. Tunbridge wells is full of decent estate agents and this is one I certainly wouldn't choose.

The process of getting our deposit back has been drawn out and arduous. We moved out on the 24th November and as at the 16th of December we are still waiting. We spent thousands improving the property while we lived there, and thousands making sure everything was in perfect order before we left. Yet the agent has found it necessary to dispute £200 of our £3,800 deposit, without sending over the amount that is not in dispute. Simply not acceptable and the reason agents get a bad name.

I had a wonderful experience with Jackson Stops in purchasing a property. I found Debbie extremely professional and efficient. All emails and calls were returned very quickly and I was kept informed throughout. I will miss our regular chats and appreciate all of the expert advice on the local area.
I was also very impressed with Erica who facilitated the viewing at short notice and had exceptional knowledge of the local area. This was amazing because she was able to answer all of our questions about schools which helped us to make our decision.
I would thoroughly recommend Jackson Stops, without any doubt.
