If I could rate Connells Tunbridge Wells a 0 I would. Extremely poor customer service and lack of communication from the agents. To just name an example they provided a very very poorly written description for my house, even if the person struggled with grammar I would expect a spell check to be used at the very least. The photos for the ad were incomplete. When I complained they failed to at least offer an apology for the poor service. They then provided very little communication soon after that. As someone who works in client services I have never experienced poor service with such a lack of ownership and responsibility for their actions.... Read more
