I just would like to share my experience as a viewer of a properly advertised with YourMove. If you have a property to sell you may like to consider instructing them. Emily Smith arranged my viewing and was very accommodating when I phoned back the next day to change to a different day which she accommodated, Emily was polite and I could tell she was as interested as I was about the viewing - on behalf of the seller. A welcoming email was received to confirm the viewing info etc. I was greeted by Adam Pearce whom I found to be a polite and courteous young man from start to finish, he was knowledgable on the questions I asked and offered information, he also asked if I would like to also view again just to take it all in. A real delight with having a nice friendly and cheerful demeanour. It really put me at ease. :)

I'm little disappointed with the fixed fee price, I think it should be from the sold price, not the marketed price. And the reason we've chosen your move was that we would be advertised on Zoopla,but after a few months your move cancelled it and we didn't have a say if we would agree on that. We were only informed after I found out that we're not on the Zoopla website.

Don't rent with them, I was left without a working shower for 3 months and after complaining I was told that the time it takes is irrelevant because they are following their standard repair process. I have never experienced a worse level of customer service nor have I seen a team of people less interested in listening to their customers. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

If I could give no stars I would. What a shocking company. Left our rented house for one with brackets and it’s been nearly 6 weeks without our deposit back. Next to no communication or answers to emails. They say we deal with the landlord the landlord says we deal with your move. No one at this company knows what they are doing when it comes to renting and dealing with awful landlords. Our landlord is purposely being difficult and taking money off for unnecessary things but not getting the work done. Your move don’t ask for receipts so your landlord can make an invoice and take the money for themselves. I would never use your move again. Especially not this branch or the gravesend one.

We had a mortgage advisor already, as we had tried to purchase a property last year, but we were not very happy with their service, so when Katy asked if we wanted a free consultation with Embrace (EFS), we took her offer, and we are very glad we did. David from Embrace is a star! We even met with him in person and he was extremely helpful.

We've now used Your Move Tunbridge Wells twice. Once for buying a flat about 6 years ago. And then for selling that flat. They've been awesome each time. A very friendly and helpful team. Big shout out to Katy Jewel and Tracey Lowe in particular!
When it came to selling the flat, we got a few Estate Agents to value the property. We knew the rough value, as some neighbours had recently sold. A couple of the Estate Agents under-valued or were very cautious about the asking price.
But Your Move knew the real value and were happy to push for a good price for us and we got exactly what we wanted from the sale.
It was really fast too. We got 4 offers after just 2 days on the market. And accepted a final offer on the third day.
Of course, with all the legal nonsense with selling/buying in the UK, it took another 8 months to actually move house! But the Your Move team were very helpful and always in communication with us, our buyers and our solicitors. :)

I was left waiting to hear back about a letting for over two weeks, finally got a viewing and visited the property. It was nothing like the advert on the website; the property was in need of repair, damp and mould simply painted over by the landlord, some windows didn't open and major issues with the property that were hidden by clever camera trickery. I appreciate that this is the fault of the landlord (not the agency) but YourMove should have flagged it up surely? The agent I met at the viewing was absolutely lovely but obviously inexperienced.

My experience with Your Move has been really positive. From my initial valuation appointment through to the viewings bookings process, everything has been dealt with professionally and to a really high standard. Katy C has been great at keeping me up to date and giving me feedback on viewings. She also negotiated a new price point which really worked well and resulted in offers being put forward and the agreed sale which is now in progress. I would highly recommend Your Move and would use them again.

Just let a house through them. Excellent customer service. Hannah the letting agent had great attention to detail, followed up on everything and great at communicating back to me. In July of last year, I contacted Tunbridge Wells "Your Move" for advise on selling my property. 2 bedroom maisonette with private parking, garage and garden. A lady named Katy Jewell arranged to come to my property to discuss selling it. I had 3 questions. 1st, should I decorate and make the place look better? She told me no, as a buyer would probably want to do it themselves. 2nd, what price? She said, based on the neighbours property that sold for 200k, to start at 190k. 3rd, I explained that I had a short lease and should I get a "section 42 notice" before I start? She said no as I can use "your move" solicitors to do this while they have the property on the market. I signed a contract on the basis of what she had told me. She said a photographer would be around to take photos for my approval before going on line. They never asked my approval or opinion on the photos and just put them straight onto there website. The photos were appalling. 3 months went by with 1 viewing. I constantly asked what was happening regarding the lease, and was told that the solicitors will phone me (which they never did)
After 3 months had past, the manager, Tracey Lowe, contacted me for an appointment at my flat to discuss going forward. I had been warned by my partner that they are pushy and will try to force me to lower the price. Predictabaly enough, she did exactly that and wouldn't stop being pushy for 90 minutes. She resorted to insulting my property by saying "you'll never get the asking price in this state"
I did remind her that it was at the recommendation of Katy that it isn't decorated and the price is also her recommendation. So the insults were not going to work with me. I also don't take kindly to someone trying to get me to drop my price by 15k by insulting it and me for daring to ask a fair price? I'm already asking 10k less than my neighbour actually sold there's for.
They proceeded to phone me constantly in December with the most ridiculous offers and tried to make me feel uncomfortable for saying no? The offers were less than my current mortgage. You couldn't buy a 1 bedroom flat for those offers. I asked them If they seriously think I'm going to sell the property, pay there fees and then continue to pay a mortgage for another 5 years on a property I no longer own?
At one point, a lady called Scarlett, told me that my neighbours property sold for 200k because it had a garden! I said, hold on, the photos on the website are showing my garden, which is identical to my neighbours garden. She said, oh, you have a garden? Seriously, they weren't aware I had a garden? What sort of clowns are working there? I had to repeatedly remind them that I had central heating and a garage. During one call, she wanted me to accept this ridiculous offer on the basis thay the buyer wanted to "do it up and make some money" I sarcastically said, oh ok, I'll take a massive loss, carry on paying my mortgage, just so your buyer can make some money. You really think I'm going to do this?
They were asking me to do the viewings for them as they clearly couldn't be bothered.
I was finally told in December by the manager, Tracey, (The lady that likes to insult my property) that I need to contact a solicitor and start the section 42 notice? It's taken them 5 months to inform me of this after me constantly asking them. I was told before I signed the contract that this would happen by there own solicitors? Tracy said she would look into why I was told this. She clearly never looked into it, never acknowledged it again and never apologised for misleading me and costing me a further 6 months of expense on whatever the final lease extension cost will.
They clearly don't work to a high standard and come across and clueless. 6 months my property was on there books and they didn't even know I had a garden or central heating. Kinda says it all really.

This estate agent is providing absolutely terrible service ever never i seen however this is my personal experience
As i have arranged the viewing for the house as then the sales consultant doent know about the property therefore i requested another viewing then your move sent same sales consultant again ...........
i confirm that there advisor or sales consultant hasnt got professional knowledge or idea of the information
i am not really kin of that your move agent as i have been badly treated from Your move
i say to local community that your move is not trustable according to my point of view
they simply waste your time and energy even their advisor hasnt got enough knowledge
don't recommended to anyone especially first time buyers.

Don't waste your time or money. Dealt with Your Move on both sales and lettings shockingly bad on both sides. Take your money and don't care a jot about customer service. I could write an essay about the appalling service we received. Very untrustworthy company.
