Personally not partial to Estate Agents, what do they do for their money, BUT James Du Pavey are different they work hard for the money.
I only bought my home through them but they worked the chain hard and communicated every step. Just what people want not silence.

James Du Pavey, Stone, Staffordshire are Fab! I was recently widowed and was moving home alone for the first time alone. They were quick and efficient as you would expect, but the help, reassurance, explainations of the process and humanity went beyond. Thanks to them all but particularly Jasmine for helping me through the pitfalls of buying and selling.

Excellent agents. Advised on setting an achievable selling price. Pictures and live video tour were excellent quality. Gave good feedback on viewings and offers and advised on which offer would be the best return but the lowest risk. Kept me appraised of progress most weeks.

Amazing! Could not have wished for better estate agents. Communication is phenomenal always kept us up to date with what was going on with not just our house but other homes. When we sell again we will use James du pavey again!!
