We can honestly say the level of service we received was excellent. It was a long and complicated process for one reason or another and yet the team at James Du Pavey kept us updated regularly throughout. Communication was excellent as was help with chasing things with Solicitors. Special shout out to Jessica, who was our main contact. The goodie bag when collecting the keys was a nice touch. Personally not partial to Estate Agents, what do they do for their money, BUT James Du Pavey are different they work hard for the money.
I only bought my home through them but they worked the chain hard and communicated every step. Just what people want not silence.

They were quick and efficient as you would expect, but the help, reassurance, explainations of the process and humanity went beyond. Excellent agents. Advised on setting an achievable selling price. Pictures and live video tour were excellent quality. Gave good feedback on viewings and offers and advised on which offer would be the best return but the lowest risk. Kept me appraised of progress most weeks.
