We have had the most wonderful, friendly, whilst professional support from Louise Hall, from our initial chat some weeks ago, when we were just enquiring about the area etc, to her securing our new home there yesterday. She has been so helpful and efficient so far and she has made the transaction stress free. She has provided invaluable information about the local and surrounding area too, as we are relocating, and gives you the courtesy and luxury of her time. Our house move seemed particularly long and painful due to circumstances out of our control (up the chain). Despite this, Louise at Reeds Rains was the only person who was able to give me sensible answers and information throughout the process. Reeds Rains were not our estate agents but our Vendor's and were always helpful, calm and put up with my consistent badgering! If and when we next move house, we will definitely be using this team for our sale. Thank you all.
