We used Reeds Rains Eccleshall for a home move in 2019. The staff were extremely professional and able to understand our needs, budget and personal preferences when it came to our property search. Louise found us the perfect property and guided us through the home move process ensuring that we were expertly advised on all parts of the process. James helped us with all the relevant paperwork and made sure that we had everything we needed on the day of the move. I would highly recommend the team for anyone looking for property in the area.

If its normal to have to chase time and time again to get simple queries answered then yes service is OK.
If waiting 2 weeks for a response initiated by Reeds Rains that was promised in a couple of days then again yes service is ..... even though the reply never actually came through.
Out of office notifications not used by managerial staff yet holiday and time off excuses used.
Initial database extracts are not qualified when they are flashed in front of you as a "this is what our national database holds" once qualified 22 hot to trot becomes 1.
HUGE kickbacks given to the offices if you use their recommended law firms etc - check the fine print, all above board but higher than average amounts.
Unfortunately having James in the business doesn't make up for the other back office failings

excellent service!!! The property was initially handled by a large firm in Didsbury for months, and no progress, and they try to push for a low offer. Then I decided to switch to Reeds Rains which is very professional and got a very good offer (buyer as well) for sale. Now the sale is close to completion, everything was perfect. And the lady Katie in RR was super helpful.

We have recently purchased our first family home through Reeds Rains in Didsbury and wish to state how cooperative and helpful they have been throughout the whole process. In particular our point of contact Elly Roberts was very great to deal with. She kept us fully updated throughout the whole transaction and proved to be very proactive and approachable with any queries we had, even ensuring any issues were resolved outside of her working day.

I wouldn’t hesitate in using Reeds Rains Didsbury for future sales/lettings and can’t recommend Elly enough. They are a good branch to use with proactive and professional staff, who helped make the process relatively stress-free.

Reeds Rains Didsbury completed the sale on our Didsbury home recently.
Elly was amazing and I can 100% recommend the Didsbury office.

Elly went over and above her day job by providing professional, efficient and extremely personable and friendly feedback throughout.
