Couldn't fault James at all, everything from the first point of contact to the ongoing rental has been incredible. We have had a few issues we have needed repairs for, and both times he has been able to provide a solution within the day, and a permanent solution the next. He is constantly keeping in touch with updates and I have never had to chase him for information. After a few terrible estate agents, its refreshing to have someone who genuinely wants to make renting easier.... Read more
