This is my first negative review since moving to UK, please be very careful dealing with this agency, especially if you are renting there properties, record all the conversations with there agents and get everything in writing, PLEASE don't believe there verbal confirmations, they tricked me to move out of the property and promised a rent refund for the extra days i already paid through direct debit, but after moving out the landlord didn't oblige to the agreement, these guys said that they did not give any written agreements so washed off there hands, There agents are very well trained to speak very politely and create a friendly relationship and make us believe them, but show there real faces when there things are done, there reviews and ratings are paid promotions so please be aware and don't get tricked.

Highly recommend Hunters in Chadwell Heath, we have just sold our home with them and they did everything to make what can be a stressfull time as stress free as possible. From walking into Hunters and having a conversation with Dev to marketing the property we quickly recieved offers and accepted an offer on the property, Dev gave great advice and is clearly very experienced, after we accepted the offer on our property we then dealt with Helen for the progession of the sale, what can we say! If everyone was as efficient the world would be a better place! ...Helen emailed us every week with a thorough update on the progress of the sale aswell as regular phone calls and updates, any questions raised were answered within minutes and she went above and beyond to help us get over the Line. Very disappointed, we had to rent an apartment with them and after I gave them a deposit and signed all the documents, they called us on the last day when we had to move into the house, and told us the owner of the apartment no longer rents! I don't want anyone to go through what I went through, left out on the last day and having nowhere to go!

I can’t recommend the team at Hunters highly enough but a special mention to Dev and especially Helen who went above and beyond to sell my elderly mothers house.
When it looked like my mum might have to complete on the sale of her home before the purchase of the new flat Helen kept on chasing from her end even though her side of the process was finished.
Communication was great, with weekly email updates given in addition to calls and emails where necessary.

I would stay away from this estate agents if you are a buyer. We have placed an offer on a house and the estate agent said our offer will be accepted only if we use their mortgage adviser. Because we wanted to buy so badly, we accepted their condition. Paid £500 to their mortgage adviser, very poor services, having to tell him myself what can or cannot be done. After the lender's valuation came back £15k lower than the agreed price, the buyer would not accept a reasonable price and was asking for more than what the house was worth, so we had to pull back. The mortgage adviser confirmed afterwards that should he make another application on our behalf, we would need to pay further £99. I would keep my eyes wide open when dealing with this estate agent as it seems like a scam to make you lose money. If it's worth mentioning we are also expecting a baby shortly and they shamelessly fooled someone that really needed those money.
Update in response: my accusations are not false, you have conditioned me into using your mortgage broker in order to have my offer accepted although I was already engaging with another broker that was providing high standard services. Following the valuation the seller still wanted £12k above the valuation price, which was unreasonable. I do not want anything to do with you, nor hearing from you anymore, as I don't want to be fooled into wasting more money on nothing.

My sale is at risk of falling through because the chain is demanding pre-Christmas completion or nothing at all, which could've been easily avoided if my agent had chased up solicitors ahead of time, rather than piling the pressure on at the last minute when solicitors are swamped with work.
It's the agent's responsibility to understand timelines and to chase solicitors, not mine. It's literally what their job is, and it's ridiculous that I have to take time out of my own to their job, AND pay them a fee for the pleasure.
To make matters worse, I've been misled on the progress of my sale on several occasions. Had that not been the case I might've told them to do some more chasing earlier and not end up in this very stressful situation that I'm in right now.

Using Your Move to purchase my first house was the most smooth and stress-less process ever.
This was definitely down to the level of professionalism and expertise shown by Lauren Butt throughout the process. She answered every query (small or big!) efficiently and provided me with updates if the question was something she couldn’t instantly answer. The guy who I spoke to is named Gary. Talks with super attitude. All I asked how the viewing takes place and he said he needs to register me in their database. I asked don't register me and just tell me, is there gonna be a community viewing or one2one viewing. at that point he refused to serve me any further. Such waste of space.

The lady who picked up the phone, Danielle, was so bored and disinterested, I asked if I could schedule a viewing for a property, she didn't even bother to organize it or even ask if I wanted to register with them. Landlords, good luck in selling your properties with these ones. :)

As being a first time buyer in the market I stumbled across many mortgage brokers however from all the brokers I have spoken to "Your Move Glenwood" was undoubtedly the best. With a positive attitude and professionalism in the workplace; Gupreet has delivered an excellent service and managed to pull me the best mortgage deal from the lender just as he promised from the very beginning. Finally I can’t thank Lauren enough for her hard and dedicated work. Although it took a bit time and we had a bit difficulty dealing with my solicitor to complete the case, Lauren kept chasing my solicitor constantly and made sure that the sale has been completed on time. Once again I would like to thank Gupreet and Lauren for their hard and dedicated work and helping me to get my first property. :)
