Disapppointing experience, we left as soon as our contract allowed. Initial meeting seemed good but then they wrote a poor description of our place, left windows wide open and the property exposed to break ins after showing tenants round and were very unaware of even the basics when showing people around.
This is my 2nd review for Haart Lettings in 2years. I’ve been with them for over 2 years as a landlord and to be very honest I’m cannot fault them. They have been very efficient from finding me quality tenants to managing my flats. I always get the sense that I’m valued as a landlord. At this point I must mention lee Kennedy the branch manager as well as Alison Sadler the property manager, the two main people I deal with regularly. They are extremely professional, helpful and a joy to do business with. I’ll definitely recommend Haart Lettings.
Extremely disappointing, while other branches of Haart do the dealings on the records(for the the offers made, others send the confirmation through phone, email and post). It seems this one does not. I made an offer on a property but never received any confirmation. Upon following up, came to know that was rejected, increased the offer afterwards but same thing, no response, feedback or anything. upon following again, agent informed it was rejected again. There is no such thing such as communication. With the lack of any record about the dealings, it raises a big question mark upon the transparency of the process. To be honest, if I am an owner of house, I would think twice before putting my house on market with these guys.
I was consistently impressed with David's professional, efficient and understanding way of handling my queries. First i started looking for the apartment early as i was leaving for India for a month and had to close everything before that. He was able to manage it very well. He found me the perfect apartment according to my needs(balcony, gym, near to DLR). Rent was bit high. He talked with landlord and was able to reduce it. :). I visited the apartment more than once.:D Then i had some problem in referencing he handled it too very well. So you can see.. he helped me a every time. i cannot thank him enough for all his help.
Very professional estate agents, I was able to secure a property quickly and painlessly. I had quite a strict set of requirements and they were all met without a hitch. Will absolutely be using these guys in the future.
Great service from the team at Bairstow Eves Barking, especially Sadek Sayed who initially showed us the house and smoothly helped us through the whole process, Jason Dann the branch manager and Zulfi Hussain, our mortgage broker. They made the house buying process simple and stress free and were extremely friendly and helpful at every step of the way.
All goes well when you step in. But when you vacate the property, there is no one to reply your queries. No response to the mails. No body is concerned about giving your deposit back. I have been redirected several times to different people. There is no one point of contact. Its more than a month since I have vacated the property still not clear on when will I receive the deposit back.
Above all, Despite reporting an repair issue, no one turned up for more than 8 months to fix it but while vacating they want to deduct a sum on my deposit. Unbelievable..!! The issue is under dispute now.

Their fee for renting are excruciating! High, unreasonable, cannot wait until the new legislation make it illegal. How clever of you to write your own, fake,5 star reviews! People are not as dimwitted as you would want them to be!
I met Bob at my property on 28/12. He quickly broke the works required between myself and Sandra Davidson. All the Sandra Davidson team were made available to me, the legal team and Bobs mobile number. Bob replied to all my texted queries/ questions even if my texts were slightly out of hours.
Bob arranged the contractors quotes for the internal work and start dates, the certificates for gas and electric and arranged for everyone involved to access the property.
The flat was made ready with pending tenant in a 3 week period.
Bobs attention to detail and personal standards are now definitely reflected in the flat and that he has made this process so easy for my husband and myself.
I’m looking forward to working with Bob and the Sandra Davidson team over our next 3 year period.
