Disapppointing experience, we left as soon as our contract allowed. Initial meeting seemed good but then they wrote a poor description of our place, left windows wide open and the property exposed to break ins after showing tenants round and were very unaware of even the basics when showing people around.
Brilliant. How it should be. Karen Roberts is a gem. Totally professional throughout. I was kept fully up to date during the entire transaction, even to the extent that I was advised by Karen that she would be off for a week and who I should liaise with during her absence. I was always called back if that was promised. All the staff were pleasant and responsive. As I said at the beginning how it should be. Proper and professional.
Extremely disappointing, while other branches of Haart do the dealings on the records(for the the offers made, others send the confirmation through phone, email and post). It seems this one does not. I made an offer on a property but never received any confirmation. Upon following up, came to know that was rejected, increased the offer afterwards but same thing, no response, feedback or anything. upon following again, agent informed it was rejected again. There is no such thing such as communication. With the lack of any record about the dealings, it raises a big question mark upon the transparency of the process. To be honest, if I am an owner of house, I would think twice before putting my house on market with these guys.
Matthew Cann did very fantastic job. He was very helpful and He gave us all details with professional attention. With help of him I found very beautiful apartment to let.
All goes well when you step in. But when you vacate the property, there is no one to reply your queries. No response to the mails. No body is concerned about giving your deposit back. I have been redirected several times to different people. There is no one point of contact. Its more than a month since I have vacated the property still not clear on when will I receive the deposit back.
Above all, Despite reporting an repair issue, no one turned up for more than 8 months to fix it but while vacating they want to deduct a sum on my deposit. Unbelievable..!! The issue is under dispute now.
VERY HELPFUL. after being let down by our previous agent we contacted Hunters in Plaistow, Saif came to see us and was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. i have recommended them to many of our family and friends.

happy with the service provided. Adrian initially offered me a few properties and got me out to see one that wasn't really what I was looking for but the moment I stepped through the door I feel in love. the sale went through fairly smoothly my first sale and hopefully wont be my last
Their fee for renting are excruciating! High, unreasonable, cannot wait until the new legislation make it illegal. How clever of you to write your own, fake,5 star reviews! People are not as dimwitted as you would want them to be!
