Thankfully to this brilliant team , Real Move Estates, helped me with finding a new home very fast,very promptly. Last month i was looking for a new home ,3 weeks of searching and calling different Estates Agents, a lot of appointments for viewings the properties but for what i saw on all the appointments it looked like they didn't want my money,none of the Agents put a bit of interest on selling the house ,some of them staying in the car or on the phone and let me walk free in the house to have a look by myself,none of them didn't show me the property in the correct way as an estate agent should do it. I was thinking for worse and start feeling desperate. BUT luckily i found mr. Ali from Real Move Estates, he helped me find a stunning 3 bed house, i have to say that his professional skill made the difference, he was the only one that show me the house ,all the rooms and all of it's space and let me know everything what i need to know about that property . On top of that he explains me everything verry clearly and made me understand all the documents and all the details needed for application. He made me feel like he really want to sell me the house and that's make me to go forwar with his team. I must say i am lucky that i find mr Ali and Real move Estates. Thanks verry much indeed for everything and all your effort. Best real Estates company on the market. 5 stars +++

Normally, I don't leave reviews, but this time I'm going to write about my experience with them. I wish I could give them a zero star.
I looked at a house and scheduled a viewing, but on the day of the appointment, I got a call saying the house was gone, which was obviously disappointing. I figured maybe it was just bad luck, but the next time I called about ten times for a different house, they kept saying they didn't have the keys yet, and then I discovered that this had been rented to someone else because the landlord decided to rent to someone from his "own family member."
When I called about the third property, the office instructed me to email them as they couldn't tell me whether the house was still available or not. What a farce.
I sent an email, and I did receive an acknowledgment, but I never got a reply. I eventually acquired the property through a different agency with a low "RATING."
If you want to save time, please stay away from them.

I was on the viewing for the specific property, I traveled 2 hours to be there. after I like it I was not even allowed to make an offer for the house. agent told me to expect a call to make an offer - no one called me, so I looked for them and it turns out that the property has already been let. this is very unprofessional and unacceptable. The flat we letted is same as in the ads photos, so this is pleasant. All docs and handover was made professionally. There were no extra charges. Only negative thing was that we moved in to the flat for a 10 days later than we agreed with agency before. Later on I found that it’s because agent had health issues and it was difficult to reach him during preparation period. Thank you!

I hardly make reviews especially bad reviews, saddly on this occasion I felt the need to.
Its a real shame because they have excellent ratings and reviews, and I cannot understand Why I had such a poor experience with them.
I have been awaiting a call back for over 3 days. I have also submitted online web enquiry.
The property I wanted was due to be available on 7th August. When I first called on 5th August the lady said keys would be with them on Thursday 6th August. So I arranged day off from work just to make sure I don't miss the property. She took my details and asked me to call them back by 12pm next day if no one calls.
I called following day , an asian guy picked up and said this property is not ready for viewing as they dont have the keys yet. I explained to him I arranged day off work and was told property would be available for viewing today, he simply replied he will email landlord and call me asap when he has more information and is positive it will not be possible today.
No one called, and each time was promised a call back. I even offerred deposit to hold the property and start checks, to which he said I have to wait for landlord as he has the keys.
My partner called few hours later on my behalf only to be told property is no longer available..
How is that possible???
If you say you don't have the keys.
Additionally I was told property will have a 10 minute viewing gap between people instrested. Then all of sudden someone else has already finalised the property without viewing and "landlords keys..."
For such a reputable local Estate agent its very unprofessional and poor for such level of service.
No one ever called once to update me.

Avoid like the plague! Unless you like being ignored and owed thousands of pounds in rent! This company is the worst we have ever dealt with! They consistently ignored emails and calls regarding non payment of rent more than 80% of rent payments where late or incorrect.
they also did not know who was actually living in the house!

Dodgy company, do not follow laws and procedures. All of their fees are also no VAT. I asked if that is because they are not VAT registered or is that the price inclusive of VAT. The tell me they are not VAT registered. How can a company that turn over that amount of money not be VAT registered??? Dodgy bunch, conducting illegal business and cheating UK business laws.
Terrible agent too, and when it all goes wrong they will disappear with your money.
