I'm so pleased we decided to use Absolute Homes. Rob was marvellous and rented our house to a lovely family and organising everything for us. We had a couple of small teething problems at the start of the tenancy, which Rob quickly and efficiently handled. He absolutely knows his stuff, is quick to respond and talks sense. What we particularly like is that we can speak to him about anything and everything and we don’t get passed over to different departments or people who don’t know us, our tenants or our property. Rob has always delivered 1st class service he has kept us fully informed and has gone above & beyond in chasing things up for us and keeping us in the loop, Rob is extremely knowledgeable which at what can be a very stressful time is so reassuring if he doesn't have the answer 1st hand he will try his utmost to find out, I can honestly say that if ever I was to buy again (not that it is my intention) then I would certainly seek advise from Rob, thank you so much...
