We recently purchased our new home through HS Estate Agents and they were absolutely fantastic, especially Molly and Michaela. They worked so hard to ensure that the whole chain were pushing forward with their own sale and were always at the end of the phone whenever we had a question. She was responsive, helpful and communicated with us at every point of the process ultimately securing a sale of our property. I honestly can't rate HS Lettings highly enough. I first met Fran Brabham-Neil just after my father died and I was considering letting the house that was to be left to me. I saw many agents at that time, but Fran was the only one I felt inclined to work with at what was a very difficult time. Fran is entirely professional in her offering whilst being truly genuine, trustworthy, and there to offer a very personal service - not just get business in the bag. It took three years for me to finally clear and empty my father's home. Even whilst it was still not ready to let, Fran was there to offer advice and guidance and get me across the finish line. I feel very lucky to have chosen such a partner in this hefty project. I was delighted with the way the property was advertised and I had total confidence in her selection of prospective tenants.
