One star shouldn't be an option to describe the service me and my partner received. Absolutely terrible communication constantly having to chase for an update didn't even bother to let us know that the seller had gone with someone else. They did not handle us professionally at all and acted like they didn't care, constantly rushing us off the off.

We were made an offer on our property after just one viewing, and we couldn't be happier. Really impressed with the service from Nick, Donna and Jayden at Douglas Allen. They have been positive, proactive and professional at all times, but have also been realistic and honest against certain challenges. They act in a way where you feel they want what is best for you as a client, rather than just trying to get a sale for commission. Would recommend them, and would use them again in the future.

We have just completed buying our first house, impressive service from Douglas Allen. Special thanks to Rosalie Kurton, Kashif Rashid and Barbara Blackwell who were prompt in answering to our emails and guided us through the whole process. Rosalie was very good communicator and followed up well between us, our solicitor, seller solicitor. We completed the purchase with timeline of 9 weeks with chain.
Kash and Barbara did our Mortgage application, we dint had to do anything, they did everything for us and got our loan approved in 2 week and 3 days.
Would definitely recommend them to others. The whole buying journey was made easy for us because of these guys. Keep up the good job.

Fantastic experience with Douglas Allen Brentwood. Communication was great from Donna and Jayden. Our property was sold in less than 2 weeks of it being on the market which we were very impressed with. The hard work both Donna and Jayden put in was clear, from organising the photographer to getting high volumes of viewers booked in. Being so friendly, helpful, honest and fast working sets this estate agents apart from others. Jayden's support with the viewings was above expectations, I was so pleased to have him show our home to our viewers and this is reflective in the number of offers we received on our property. The team was always very helpful with answering questions and providing us with updates. I am so happy we have had the duo of Donna and Jayden to manage our sale.

Donna and the team at DA were tasked to sell my house by a ‘smooth move’ company who worked on behalf of the new build firm we were buying from.
Although they had direct competition from a larger high street agency, Douglas Allen outshone them in every department, from photos, to updates, to viewing numbers, and finally securing our offer.
They were informative throughout, and always swift to update us. We were really impressed with the service.

These guys really go the extra mile for you. Our house purchase wasn't the simplest but Harrison at Douglas Allen's Brentwood branch made sure it went as smoothly as possible. Keeping us up to date and helping move the purchase forward wherever he could.
The whole team were great and Linda did a great job keeping both sides working forward together on the same track.

Jury is still out at the moment. Although a quick sale I,m not finding them very helpful as in having to chase them up. I also specifically asked for no" for sale " sign,came home to find erected. It took a week for it to be taken away. I feel lack of communication between departments. Although Harrison who works in the Brentwood branch is a darling and very helpful.

My partner and I booked to view a property in Brentwood a couple days ago, we received a text confirming the Appointment. I thought I’d double check to make sure the appointment is still on calling them the morning of the viewing, we was put through to the main server, the lady said she will email and call the Brentwood office and get them to give me a call back.. heard nothing back.
We still decided to go to the property as we did have the text confirmation, when we arrived, no one was there. I called them once again (no one answered in Brentwood, so we went to main switch board again) saying we are outside in the rain and can someone let me know if an agent is coming, the lady said sure and that she would call Brentwood office to get them to give me a call back. After 30 mins of waiting we decided to go home.
This was very unprofessional and we wasted some of our day standing around waiting. Clearly a very understaffed office, would strongly think about booking anything with them again.

I have just completed the sale of my house. I'd like to say that from start to finish, Ben and Monique from Douglas Allen have been absolute stars. From start to finish, the communication has been superb. They have been so friendly, professional and very supportive. I don't normally bother with reviews, but in this case, I feel it warranted me making the effort. If anyone is reading this, and thinking about which estate agent to use, then I can only say that Douglas Allen have been first class.

The team at Douglas Allen have been very professional and extremely friendly and helpful in getting a sale on our property. Ben, Dale and Monique have always been there for us to help with all aspects of the sale. Nothing ever seems to much for them. We live in Brentwood and their knowledge of the area and prices was second to none.
I must also add that although very professional it also felt like being with a very friendly approachable team at all times. I really would recommend Ben and his team.
