Fantastic experience and excellent service. I'm writing this review as a non client Joe at Balgores Brentwood is the agent for my buyer. Joe is polite, honest, professional and a genuinely lovely person. If he says he will get back to you, he will no matter how busy he is. He has a "get it done" attitude which is what you need when buying/selling a property. Joe kept me informed on the progress of my sale and how the chain was progressing. It wasn't the easiest at times but he remained positive. He was talking to everyone in the chain from the bottom to the top, which was me the non client. In my opinion every Estate Agent should have a Joe. I would definitely recommend Balgores Brentwood especially Joe ???? thank you for a job well done ???? ?? I can't wait to put a face to the voice ????

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience whilst moving house. All the staff at Balgores have been amazing but Joe Hayes in particular has been fantastic!
He is reliable, very very helpful, friendly, reassuring and funny. ( we all need some humour to help us along the way) he goes above and beyond his duties.
Joe has made the selling and buying of my house a very memorable (in a good way) experience.
I would ???? recommend Balgores estate agent. I would never go anywhere else.

Bought my house through Balgores last year, they made the whole process from start to finish easy! Professional in their work and know what they’re doing. My fiance and I have recently moved into a rental property which was managed by Balgores Hayes. Jake Coldwell truly went above and beyond in assisting us with any questions we had, with timely and efficient responses. The process was extremely easy and anything we were unsure of, Jake was quick to help and provide any reassurances. If we do decide to move homes, whether it be another rental or buying, I would absolutely refer back to these guys as they have gained my total trust and I know what a great service they provide. I would 100% recommend.

Michael from Balgores Brentwood is beyond a dream to liaise with. Having dealt with many estate agents, I can safely say he is one of the best out there. He is efficient, trustworthy, honest, open, kind, caring, considerate, compassionate the list goes on. He goes out of his way to help you. I would like to thank Michael for everything he has done for us and even though we ended up purchasing a property through another agent, he was kind enough to sit there and listen about the other property, wish us luck and offer advice, whereas other estate agents can’t wait to get off the phone and are very rude once you no longer require their services. Balgores, Brentwood you have an absolute gem and you are extremely lucky to have him as part of your team.

Michael at Balgores was excellent, I cannot recommend him highly enough -- he came with a thoroughly planned and professional approach, and then they delivered it ! I chose them in particular because of their careful approach to vetting offers received to ensure they were proceedable -- especially at this time when so many house sales are falling through. Thank you Michael for making our house sale so simple and successful.

having previously failed to reach a sale with another agent I was sceptical about putting the house on the market again. Michael arranged for a series of views on the first day on the market. we had a few offers within a few days. We accepted and completed within 12 weeks. Michael followed up on all calls and validated offers to confirm serious buyers. Will definitely use Balgores again.

Balgores have kept in touch with me ever since I bought a house through them over 5 years ago, as I told them at the time we were always planning on moving in a few years. Prior to instructing them on the sale of my current house in 2023 they have always been helpful and responded on any questions I had about the general market. We sold our house in an incredibly difficult market so I am very grateful for all the teams hard work. Michael in particular has been fantastic throughout the whole process. If I were to sell my house again I would absolutely use Balgores again. Very satisfied with the fee level and overall service. A+++ five stars.
