Ben has been fantastic in advertising my apartment to sell and to rent. He is professional, helpful and has an excellent way in which he gives his advice. I wouldn't use any other agents in Lancaster or Morecambe. Jennings estate agents were also competitive and fair.

We tried to sell our house last year with another agent it did not sell. This April/May we advertised with Ben, the house was sold within the first month for just less than the asking price.
We could not fault Ben's service at all - he was excellent.

Cannot recommend higher than 5 stars which is a shame. Jennings have taken our flat sale journey along the BEST pathway with amazing advice, support and a friendly approach the entire way. If you want a thoroughly knowledgeable agent who doesn't treat you like a number for a % and can take care of your needs as a buyer/seller/landlord or renter then we couldn't find fault, let alone expect the massively attentive service we have received. Not a sniff of pressure, just good old fashioned customer service and a friendly attitude. Recommend @jennings to anyone including our own clients ????????????

Ben is an excellent agent providing a personal touch throughout the whole selling process. He was always available, even after hours and during weekends and kept me informed frequently.
From initial valuation, to booking in viewings to dealing with offer negotiations, Ben was honest and supportive throughout. He definitely showed the 'bigger' estate agents I contacted how to conduct business and would whole-heartedly recommend him for selling a property.
Thanks again Ben for completing the process for me in a challenging market place.

After 2 years of trying to sell her home, my mum was considering taking it off the market, she was recommended Ben Jennings by a friend.
Ben came and valued her home he was very polite and so friendly and put my mum at ease as she was losing faith in ever selling .
The home was put on the market over the weekend and on the Monday morning Ben phoned my mum with 2 viewings for that evening, by the time the first viewing had came there were 6 people who wanted to view the house. We were in shock as over the past 2 years we had had only 4 viewings. Mum was made an offer which she accepted and then we began searching for a bungalow for her. With the help of Ben we found one and she has just recently moved in.
Ben was a superstar he really could not of done anything more to help mum, he is fantastic and I highly recommend him, and have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone who is thinking of selling
