The house we purchased was being sold through Ben Jennings. How fortunate we were. He worked tirelessly for the elderly lady whom he represented. His commitment, however, to us as the purchasers was remarkable. We were kept well in the loop of communication and never felt uninformed at all. Overall the experience with Jennings was positive owing largely to Ben’s communicative and friendly demeanour and his willingness to maintain ongoing contact with potential buyers who were not yet in a position to buy. Unfortunately it did take an extremely long time to obtain an offer and we were intending to try a different agent but a sale was agreed just at the last moment! Once a buyer was in place, Hannah did a superb job of progressing the sale to completion and went out of her way to liaise with all parties and ensure the sale went through smoothly and quickly. She is a real asset to Jennings.

From day one Ben and the team at Jennings have been a great support. They have had patience with me and have always been available when I have needed to contact them. The team have kept me informed throughout the process. The pictures and advertising was very professional including a drone video.
I previously advertised with a different estate agent and struggled to get viewers. In the first week Jennings took over the sale I had viewers.
