Overall the experience with Jennings was positive owing largely to Ben’s communicative and friendly demeanour and his willingness to maintain ongoing contact with potential buyers who were not yet in a position to buy. Unfortunately it did take an extremely long time to obtain an offer and we were intending to try a different agent but a sale was agreed just at the last moment! Once a buyer was in place, Hannah did a superb job of progressing the sale to completion and went out of her way to liaise with all parties and ensure the sale went through smoothly and quickly. Cannot recommend higher than 5 stars which is a shame. Jennings have taken our flat sale journey along the BEST pathway with amazing advice, support and a friendly approach the entire way. If you want a thoroughly knowledgeable agent who doesn't treat you like a number for a % and can take care of your needs as a buyer/seller/landlord or renter then we couldn't find fault, let alone expect the massively attentive service we have received. FOR ANYONE THINKING OF SELLING THIER HOME Ben Jennings Estates Agents Ltd Is the place to go After 2 years of trying to sell her home, my mum was considering taking it off the market, she was recommended Ben Jennings by a friend. Ben came and valued her home he was very polite and so friendly and put my mum at ease as she was losing faith in ever selling . The home was put on the market over the weekend and on the Monday morning Ben phoned my mum with 2 viewings for that evening, by the time the first viewing had came there were 6 people who wanted to view the house. We were in shock as over the past 2 years we had had only 4 viewings. Mum was made an offer which she accepted and then we began searching for a bungalow for her. With the help of Ben we found one and she has just recently moved in. Ben was a superstar he really could not of done anything more to help mum, he is fantastic and I highly recommend him, and have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone who is thinking of selling 11/10 ben thank you for all you have done ?...
