Pizza was like a DIY pizza one makes at home for the first time. Amateurish!
The Pizzas were undercooked and both the pizzas were not sliced thoroughly. The doughs were too soft to separate pieces and they start to tear without keeping the pie shapes any more. The steam came through the bottom of the card board box and made the oily steam mess on the surface.
The taste was not there, and, I don't believe the dough is freshly made but from the factory.
I think the staff should go to their contender stores of the area and match the bake texture and cutting the slices.
Delivery was fast arriving just under 35 min.

The customer service here was terrible after being a customer of over 2 years this was the worst and most recent experience I have had here; the worker took my order incorrectly and made me still pay in full for something I could not even eat (it wasn’t halal). But I have still given it 2 stars because the food is good

I really like Papa Johns pizzas and think they taste much better and fresh as compared to other places. This branch has great customer service. Always on time delivery and friendly staff
Only wish they bring vegetarian spinach alfredo pizzas as they do in other countries.

Pathetic customer service! Don't order from this poor store unless you want to wait 90+ minutes for a single pizza that will eventually turn out cold and worthless. Also, the staff members in the store don't answer the phone for 90 minutes and then answer finally only to talk to you in an unapologetic, rude tone. Worst experience. Please avoid ordering from here.

Worst location ever. Delivery was suposed to be at 1:00 and was delivered at 1:40 and cold.
Strongly NOT RECOMAND this location.!

I rarely leave reviews, but the pizza at this specific location was beyond bad. I ordered an XXL BBQ chicken - there was barely any chicken on the pizza, the chicken was not BBQ (they only used a BBQ sauce on top) and that was it. I was just eating a dough with cheese and a BBQ sauce. Will not go again.

1. With deals, it can be very cheap. Without deals, it can be relatively expensive.
2. The pre-ordered food is always ready on time.

I ordered a pizza from this store online and went in to pick it up in person and they charged me twice as much as it costs because I ordered online. This is really dishonest and has a complete lack of integrity.
