Booked an appointment for a valuation. They failed to show and then said it was system error. If they can't turn up to valuations doesn't fill with confidence for arranging viewings. Will use someone else.

Brilliant service from Martin and the staff at Jonathon Lewis, couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Sold my parents house and childhood home under difficult circumstances, and during the worldwide pandemic. If you’re looking for an agent with real understanding and attention to detail look no further!

If you are looking for an honest genuine extra mile estate agent then Jonathon Lewis fit the bill. Martin and Chloe have both been amazing! After experiencing other agents and being totally let down Martin came along and delivered a fantastic service offering a thorough and realistic valuation getting us on the market with professionalism and confidence. I couldn’t fault Jonathon Lewis. I’ve used a few agents in the past but the service from Chloe and the team, was exceptional. They went above and beyond my expectations, and even helped me find a new home. Chloe tied it all together and the sale went through smoothly. They were contactable at any day or time, even on Sundays. I felt I was in very safe hands. Thank you all so much.

Honestly, if I could give these a zero star rating i would. Totally inept to do their own job and expect you to do it for them. You'd get more out of talking to a brick wall. No customer service at all, sloppy isnt the word! How these guys are trusted with a kettle let alone selling houses / renting is astounding.

Had the best experience with Jonathon Lewis Estate agents. Martin Teresa and the team were nothing but professional and very responsive with any questions and concerns I had with purchasing my new home and selling my previous. Bought a house in October .I emailed 8 times to get an update on the new price myself and the seller agreed on .
Still not had any reply or contact from JL .has to be the worst estate agents iv every had the misfortune to deal with AVOID

Ignore phone calls when you make a complaint dont give 24 hours notice to enter property for repairs inspection,which is against the law

We sold our house with Jonathon Lewis, and Martin and the team went above and beyond to achieve a price in excess of our expectations. This was all achieved during the Covid lockdown and managed to complete with their assistance, even organising a contact free exchange. This ensured no party was delayed in the move, removing a lot of stress, couldn't ask for a more helpful bunch!
