As a landlord who uses multiple letting agents across the north east with no issue with any of them i can tell you these are the worst. In a short summary read the small print. You pay top rates effectively for a standing order for rent. Anything above this costs more on top. They have been disgracefull. Do not use them ever.... Read more

I put a review on recently about Jonathan Lewis which I wrote in haste. My house took 9 months to sell which was due to a shared equity scheme I was on and by no means nothing to do with Jonathan Lewis however in my review I took it out on Jonathan Lewis because they where my estate agent and I felt cause I didn't hear from them loads over the 9 month it wasn't great. Sinse my review Martin from Jonathan Lewis rang me to talk about my review which I appriciated very much and he explained all of the great work they actually did to make sure my house sold and the reason they didn't ring me constantly was because they didn't want to pressure or stress me and my wife who was pregnant at the time with the sale of the house which looking back I appreciate them doing. Becasue Martin chose to ring me and discuss things I have now changed my review and anyone wishing to use Jonathan Lewis can find comfort and confidence that if there is any stress or issue you have as a seller you can have a mature conversation with Jonathan Lewis which looking back I should have rang them myself if I had any issues. Apologies Martin and the team at Jonathan Lewis. Hope this makes up for my mistake X... Read more
