Very bad letting agency waited over 10 mins for a 10 o clock appointment and when I rang to enquire lady was rude and accused me of being rude for not wanting to wait longer for a viewing avoid going if you don’t wish to be left waiting in the cold wasting taxi fare or petrol depending on your driving circumstances.... went for a property with them, filled out the paperwork and application, sent our ID in, then find out we weren't accepted, when my partner asked why, they said they couldn't say because of DPA, after reading the law to them we got the information, to top it all off, my mom went and got my DRIVING LICENCE, they didn't ask who she was or for any form of ID. Absolute disgrace, wouldn't trust them with confidentiality and data protection, we've since let elsewhere.... Read more

Don't expect to have anything repaired if you are using these, they are awful.. sent email after email to not get anywhere and after 2 months with still no repair I called up and had a go at them as I was obviously frustrated by this point then they called up my boyfriend and asked if I was suffering from postnatal depression!
