Jane and Mark were especially good at keeping us updated and helping us work through any issues along the way. Will be using them again, and will always value their opinion/thoughts on anything house or market related.

10th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Yesterday we completed the sale of my father's flat thanks to the excellent team at Gibbins Richards' Wellington office. Through no fault of theirs the process took longer than usual but Callum initially - and then Patrick and Deb were extremely professional, patient and incredibly supportive in what was quite a difficult time for us. This is the second time of selling a property through Gibbins Richards and they will always be our first choice in future. Thank you!

The Stags team at Tiverton know their stuff. From the moment we met, they very quickly understood what we were looking for, pulling out all the stops to support us in our tricky relocation to Devon. They were very focused on our needs and didn’t waste our time; they introduced us to great properties, helping us to find our forever home. Throughout the process, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the search area and the state of the property market. We found them highly supportive and prepared to keep in touch with us throughout a tricky negotiation. Nothing was too much trouble for Ed, Charity, Lisa and Jacob. No other agents come close. Specifically, Peter from the Taunton branch was my representative and overlooked my purchase. Right from the first viewing of the property, Peter was accomodating, informative, and very open to answering my questions. Throughout the entire process, Peter was timely in responding to my emails and requests for information. He assisted with chasing the seller's solicitors when needed, which was immensely helpful in expediting the process and keeping things moving forward smoothly. Thank you again Peter for all your help - I highly recommend him and the entire Fox and Sons team!

I would highly recommend them based on our experience purchasing through them, and I’m equally confident the vendor would have been delighted with their service. From start to finish, the process took less than three months.

26th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times. All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.
2nd May 2026 (3 days ago)We asked to take the property at the asking price on Monday for a property, was told to send an email because clearly they couldn’t be bothered to take it over the phone! Email sent Monday and we have not yet to heard (Saturday) Being in the industry this is why we have a bad name and now I know that agents like this is exactly why!!!! Complete joke!! If you’re a landlord with this company how many times have you lost a good tenant because of a lack of care!!??
21st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

On both occasions, the sales team worked well together and with us to market and complete the sale. We found them extremely helpful and professional, also patient and reassuring when things did not progress as smoothly as we would have liked. We would recommend them to anyone wanting to sale their property in this area.

9th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)After 10 days I changed estate agents as was not happy with Nest. They have no office they only advertise on Rightmove but didn't mention this before the ad went live. They were a grand more expensive than some other estate agents. My house was badly advertised at first like a kids Wendy house. No for sale sign turned up and I was given an EPC through the estate agent which was overpriced. This was all done by Oliver who was also about to go on leave for a week. I would not recommend Nest and only went with them as buying a new house through them.
