The developer doesn't sell houses, only sheds! Keepmoat Home is the worst developer, so much so that after over a year they refused to fix what was written in the report! vile Robert is a simpleton and a cheater and liar. my house is a construction nightmare. Everything in the house is done as if done by people who have no idea about construction. this is terrible. you will never be able to match the standard of civilized countries... Read more

The staff at Keepmoat are so friendly and responsive, they help as much as they can and wherever they can. Debbie, Jane and Natasha have all made our moving in experience as easy and as smooth as possible and we are so grateful for all of their help. We love our new home?... Read more

They will sell you a dream of a "to good to be true home" and what they don't tell you is that when you come to sell you have to pay towards the church commissioners which can cost hundreds. also you then have to pay for a management pack & to top if off you have to then pay Keepmoat to leave the estate, without paying these fees your property won't be able to sell!, once they have your money they don't care about you at all they are all a bunch of cow boys STAY AWAY!... The bad...
Poor design which doesn't really become apparent until you move in (I purchased off plan). You only really get four useable kitchen cupboards due to the layout, yet the downstairs wc is enormous and a waste of valuable kitchen space. Don't get me started on the blanked wall area between the boiler and narrow wall cupboard, which could've been another cupboard. Excessive number of snags (30+), many of which now resolved but some still outstanding. Internally I won't let them do anything until the Covid situation improves, but I'm still waiting for our door canopy more than 3 months after moving in (supply chain - Covid again). They had to provide an interim oven as the upgrade ordered was not delivered in time, even though it was ordered 8+ weeks prior to completion (I now have this, but the upgrade was expensive and I now realise was not worth the money I paid). To be fair to Keepmoat, I recently joined a Facebook group "Problems With New House Builds", and they do seem to be one of the better housebuilders out there, and my few issues pale into comparison with those experienced by people who've bought from other housebuilders.
The good...
Site and Customer Service staff are pleasant and more than willing to help get things resolved, but the inertia due to supply chain issues is frustrating to all parties. Kitchen aside, the room sizes are a good size for a new build, and the construction is solid. My garden is a good size, and there's plenty of space between houses so the area doesn't feel as claustrophobic as Hampton. There are schools being built, and I believe shops and a public open space are also in the plans (although may not be Keepmoat, but adds to the appeal of the area). There is an excellent community spirit here too.... Read more

The process to buying our new build property was so easy and simple (not without the usual stresses of buying a home) but thanks to all the staff at keepmoat we felt supported and looked after in the process. Friendly, proffesional and hard working.
It also helped they offered amazing incentives at the time which cemented our decision to buy.... Read more

I would advise anyone to take 3/4 people to every meeting and RECORD every little chat you have with these sales people because they WILL twist your words and deny 'incentives' they offered you in order to get your money. The minute they have you invested then they will treat you like you are dumb for thinking you had certain 'incentives'. They will shout at you, patronise you and leave you walking out the office crying and pulling out of a sale (after you've invested hours of time and money into buying the house) Especially Zizzi - what a vile human being....
